Spacious, Clean, and Relaxing
House had everything you would need for a nice relaxing beach vacation! Our city dog loved the large fenced in backyard for running around. The sun deck and patio were great for BBQ and hanging outside; I also would suggest a light on the back deck. The house was in a nice walkable location to all the delicious restaurants and shops plus of course the beach. The rental agency was a pleasure to work with. We enjoyed our week stay in beautiful Rehoboth and cannot wait to come back soon.
Thanks for taking the time to share your great experience with future guests.

We enjoyed our stay...
...but missed not having an outdoor shower. The floor plan on the living floor, 1 bath for 4 adults and 2 small children was a bit inconvenient but we otherwise managed. The yard was really nice for the kids and the dogs however a light on the deck is recommended. We really enjoyed the TV's in every room! This was the 3rd year we stayed in a place in the Country Club community. The park is a nice distraction for the kids.
Really good value for the price. Great location and cozy house with fenced in yard.
Both bathrooms could use some updating.
Nice dog-friendly property that needs updating
Nice dog-friendly property in Rehoboth with a fenced in yard and hard wood floors. For some reason, most of the bulbs in the house are very dim making it hard to see in several areas of the house at night. The tub in the main bathroom had a powder blue “insert” that squished when you walked on it. Kitchen was fully stocked, but was also in need of updating as well as the furniture throughout the house. I was worried about the beds based on reviews, but they were very comfortable and we slept well. The dogs loved the squirrels and rabbits in the back yard and we appreciated the fence so they could run free while we relaxed. Internet was fast and reliable, and there were TVs in every room. Washer and dryer on site did a great job cleaning and drying our clothes. Overall, we enjoyed our visit but the property is in need of updating.
Clean, quaint, happy, pet friendly!
I come into town every year for the greyhound event, and always stay in a hotel. This year, I decided to stay longer and knew I couldn't tolerate more than a couple days in a hotel room with my 'boys', who are used to a fenced yard at home to run and play in and quickly tire of leash walks. My guest and I were delighted to find a well-built, solid fence, a beautiful deck and patio furniture to sit on and enjoy our morning coffee, and multiple sliding doors for quick exits!
Everything in the home was clean and orderly, and the check-in/check-out info was provided in advance. We had no issues.
It was a short distance from Rehoboth and Dewey, and tucked just enough away from the main drag.
We are so thrilled, and hoping to stay again!
Fantastic Stay with Dogs!
We had a fantastic stay! The house was cozy, well-kept, and clean. Traveling with large active dogs, one of my big concerns is that "fenced-in" may not be a fence that can contain my guys. I was pleased to see that it was a solid fence, about 5 feet high, with secure, bolted gates- perfect for the greyhounds to stay safe! The deck was larger than I expected and a nice place to relax with a meal or a drink. It was a short walk into Rehoboth, and much easier than trying to find parking in town. Very happy to have found this location!
