There will be no fighting over who gets the better bedroom since BOTH second floor bedrooms are master suites with private baths... there is no inferior bedroom! Unit is equipped with tankless water heater for endless hot water and high efficiency central air conditioning; two features that not all places have but you will definitely appreciate during your stay. With only the $99 damage insurance fee there will be no deposit required except in certain circumstances.

As a boy I use to visit Santa Monica from the Detroit area. We would stay in a small house by the water. It was behind the Bayside hotel. Its since torn down but if you stay at my property and walk to the beach you will pass right by the Bayside Hotel. It wasn't planned but when I found out how close it was it sealed the deal when I was considering buying my property.
There really isn't anything quite like my property in Santa Monica. Its is a modern luxury triplex with townhouse style units. Don't let anyone tell you that you don't need air conditioning in Santa Monica or that there will be plenty of water for 5 back to back showers in their rental. I spared no expense in the renovation, installing tankless water heaters, high efficiency heat and air, European appliances and high end finishes. The units have never been lived in full time since the renovation. No pets and no smoking has always been the rule as well.
Good location, but we took the car to the beach. Had 2 cars so it was great to have parking spaces for both of them.
The property was very clean och well-maintained. The living/kitchen area was smaller than we had expected. The bedrooms and bathroom were great. We never used the small patio outside. Paul the owner is a nice and honest person and did everything he could to help us. We would gladly recommend this property to friends if they are going to Santa Monica.

Extremely comfortable and clean. Owner was very flexible and attentive to our needs during our stay. It's very nice to have somebody on site when you need assistance with navigating the city!
We spent 9 nights here while attending the Special Olympics World Games events. It is conveniently located for easy access to I10 and tributaries around L.A. Comfortable furnishings, well appointed kitchen, attentive owner, fun activities and restaurants within walking distance make this a perfect Santa Monica stay.
My husband and I just returned from a blissful weekend at this property. The property is an easy walk from the beach, BEAUTIFULLY appointed with every convenience, and stunningly decorated. So many second homes are decorated with "second" hand furniture, left overs or mismatched items. But this is designed, built and decorated as if the owners just left. It felt like home (easy to settle into) and stocked with everything you need. Meticulously maintained, off street parking, gardens and outside sitting, quiet and bright. We will definitely be back and thank the owners for caring so much about their guests.

Paul ,the owner, is great. He thought of everything we could need to make our stay enjoyable. His attention to detail is evident throughout, in the furnishings, the landscaped courtyard with water feature and lights in the trees and the sleek, efficient kitchen with wine, chocolate and coffee 😃
We walked and biked the beach, went to the Griffith observatory, Getty Mansion and the LaBrae tar pits all a short drive away. We loved urth cafe and Jgelina's.
