Overview

Bénesville Cottage Rental Photos and Description

Character cottage, near the sea, Sleeps 11

Access to the house of words lost by a small road that ends in a dirt road. The building is in the middle of an old closed-hut, a pasture surrounded by banks planted oaks. The presbytery was restored with ecological materials so that renovation and "use" have less environmental impact.

The garden is enclosed, children can play safely. The 11 beds in 5 rooms allow several generations to meet.

The lodging of the lost words obtained the Tourism and Handicap Label (3 criteria). The ground floor is accessible to persons with disabilities.

Vacationers can enjoy the beaches, sea, swimming, hiking through the many trails that crisscross the Caux and rest in peace, enjoying the green landscapes, chalk cliffs, pebble beaches and sand .

The five spacious rooms of this former parsonage can accommodate families who wish to get into a warm, allowing many trips and sightseeing tours. The elderly are particularly at ease in the ground floor room, the adjoining bathroom has a walk-in shower (walk-in).

The decor is neat, light and natural materials add to the serenity cauchois a certain charm.

Small groups can also be found in the cottage for holidays or for an internship (yoga, storytelling, music, singing).

The cottage has been awarded the eco-house label which means energy savings and use of renewable energy (geothermal, sun ...), better management of water resources, recycling, waste management, site integration and use of local and healthy materials. The geothermal heating, economical and environmentally friendly, provides a pleasant heat throughout the house. A heat pump water heater also allows him to save energy.

The materials used to restore this beautiful old building were chosen with respect for the environment: hemp wool insulation, wood wool, coated with lime green paint, oak windows in the area.

Tolles Ökohaus in ruhiger Umgebung!

  • 5 of 5

Vielen Dank!

It was the 3rd time we went to the Normandy and ist was the nicest house we have ever had. It is beautifully decorated and the location is very quiet and peaceful. The owner Mrs Henry was so welcoming and helpful it was a pleasure! The place is also great for people in a wheelchair. I hope we will be back sometimes!

Do not forget the beautiful beaches of Small and Large Plates 30 minutes from the cottage, fishing boats and pleasure Saint Valery en Caux port 15 minutes from the house.

In spring, you can admire the magnificent rhododendrons the Parc des Moutiers, in Varengeville sur Mer. This charming little village, near Dieppe, is also known for his church choir which is bathed in blue light scattered by the window of Raoul Ubac, Braque disciple. Beach Varengeville, like many small beaches on this coast, will offer rides and swimming. (30 Km from the cottage)
