Two-bedroom apartment with kitchen, living room/dining room, two baths and a balcony overlooking the beach/ocean. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom and a small air mattress under the bed. On grounds facilities include pool, basketball and tennis courts, picnic tables and barbecues, playground, and beach access. Apartment is centrally air-conditioned and is equipped with washer/dryer, microwave, iron, vacuum, coffee maker, blender, toaster, high-speed internet access (ethernet), TVs, DVD, CD/radio, alarm clock, bath towels, sheets, blankets, pillows, and beach towels.

I've been going to Puerto Rico since 1968 and have stayed in many hotels and condos. Marbella is by far the best....the cleanest, friendliest and on the best part of the beach. Within walking distance to everything you need.

What makes this condo unique

For US citizens, there is no passport required, uses US money and post office. Most people speak English. Puerto Rico is a beautiful island with many tourist attractions. It is the perfect vacation for people who want to have an exciting, fun-filled vacation, as well as people who want a quiet, relaxing time.

This apartment has everything You need for a great vacation. The views are spectacular. We had a fantastic time. Nora was always available if we had any questions. The building is beautiful and the overall look is awesome. I would go back only for the breath taking view. Overall was a 5 stars experience. Thank you Nora!!!!!!

Great vacation!!!

We have spent a week in Puerto Rico in July, loved the condo,views are amazing any time a day or night, well stocked,clean and quiet.I would read very closely Nora's suggestions as far as dining.Very close to everything you need,restaurants, shops, gift shops, grocery stores. The only thing if you want to explore Puerto Rico I would suggest renting a car which is conveniently across a street at Charlie's Car rental. Highly recommend to visit old San Juan, both castles, and if you want to visit one of the best beaches in the world go to Flamenco beach. It is Culebra island, breath taking views!!!!

I loved it, very clean and fully stocked. Beautiful layout, the view is perfect from both sides. The city side at night is spectacular.The beach side in the morning is breath taking. I was able to experience two different views because i stayed in two different Condos same owner. You don't need a car because everything is right there at your disposal. restaurants, fast food, supermarket, eateries, gift shops. Door men were very helpful. Let me say that the owner and property manager went well beyond to accommodate my party and i. I would definitely recommend this place. It was a great experience for us. And i am going back!!!!!

Great Value....Great Pace

I just spent 10 days here and I thought I might address a couple of other comments. This place is quite frankly a great place to stay. It is right in the middle of everything. It has fast Internet. It is comfortable and has a WELL stocked kitchen. And what a view. The pool and the beach are fantastic. It was my fiance's bday and her sister met us and we had a great time. We shopped at the supermarket down the road and always had bfast in the house. That was nice. It was EXTREMELY clean. There was a past review that had complained and I was initially a bit nervous. So I want to stress that that review has now completely lost credibility. There were also plenty of towels and that came in handy as you can't help but go to the beach and pool regularly. We ate in San Juan at Dragon Fly (loved it), Marmalade (wow...high end, but wow), and Oceano (too cool for school and also hot - food was good though). Also we zipped over to Culebra and hit El Yuque. I say this because while I loved some of the more touristy things we did, I really enjoyed hanging out at the pool. Nora is a straight shooter. Deal with confidence. I would go back. For what it is worth, there was another gentleman that was trying to charge me $100 more a night for a "remodeled" apartment in the same building. I am sure it is great. But there really is no need. I prefer to not burn money. Que disfruten!

The best condo rental ever!

I have to say that the pictures don't really do this place justice! The location is great you can walk to everything you need, the beach access is perfect and the pool was magnificent. The door men were absolutely wonderful and helpful. The property was well maintained and had very thing we needed, towels, pots, pan, silverware you name it! It was very spacious and accommodated us well. The views from every room were breath taking! You get such a wonderful breeze off the ocean on the patio and it was so relaxing and quiet even though there are night clubs across the street and right next door on the beach. We had no issues or problems except getting a baby stroller into the pool area and beach area because of having to use a gate that is kept locked by management but they came and opened it for us, I just felt like I was bothering them by needing them to do it for me. We bbq'd on Saturday and had friends over for the afternoon, it was great! We are already planning our next trip to one of Nora's condos because this one was great! I took three 19-20 year olds and they felt completely safe walking around at night time as did I. Everyone in the building is super friendly too. I hope everyone else enjoys it as much as we did! Couldn't be Happier with our Stay

The Marbella is conveniently located within a few minutes of the airport, with direct access to the beach. Charlie's Car Rental is directly across the street which is where we rented our car. Walgreen's directly across the street, open 24 hours. Many souvenir shops and restaurants within walking distance. Convenient access to major road systems. We stayed in the East tower, 8th floor, which had a great view of the pool and ocean. Condo was very clean and was the perfect amount of space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers with a livingroom, dining area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and nice sized balcony with 4 chairs and a table. The master bedroom was larger than I expected, plenty of closet and dresser space for clothing. TV in each bedroom and livingroom with cable and wifi. Loved having a washing/dryer located in the condo with laundry soap and dryer sheets provided. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels provided. A/C worked excellent. Nora even thought to put a small cooler in the closet for taking drinks to the beach/pool. The beach is public, but huge so there are no worries about finding room. Chair rental of $4 for the day was worth it if you planned to spend the whole day at the beach. You could also rent $20 umbrellas or use the palm trees for shade. Food venders on the beach were very reasonably priced - $2 chicken skewer, $3 hotdogs, $4 hamburgers, $6 marlin skewer, $3 empanadas, sandwiches, seafood, etc. We did the Banana Boat for $20 a person and the kids did dual parasailing for $120 for both right from the beach. There were kiteboarding, windsurfing, jet skis, and other water activities you could arrange right there on the beach. Inside the condo complex there was a large playground area for smaller children, picnic tables, and plenty of areas for grilling your own food. If you rent a car, Nora will provide you with a parking beeper to access the underground parking garage with your own personal parking spot so you don't have to fight for a parking spot on the road. If you are trying to decide between Marbella East or West, there isn't much of a difference except that East has the pool in front of it so it sits back just a little farther from the beach. All reservation arrangements/questions for the condo were done through email, payment was sent through mail with contract and Nora mailed the keys to my home a week before our trip. Overall we were very impressed with the size, amenities, price, and location of this property.

This apartment is in the condominium complex called Marbella del Caribe, a twin-tower hi-rise condominium located in the heart of the popular Isla Verde tourist section on beautiful Isla Verde Beach, which is the most spectacular beach in San Juan.

The complex offers 24-hour security, beach access, and beautiful, private grounds that include a swimming pool, tennis court, volleyball/basketball court, playground, picnic tables and barbecues.

Each apartment has its own assigned parking space on the premises. There is a bus stop right in front of the building and in walking distance (2 blocks) is the elegant El San Juan Hotel and Casino, as well as three other hotels/casinos. There is a vast array of restaurants from casual to formal within a few short blocks. There are several supermarkets, numerous souvenir shops, Charlie Car Rental and a Walgreens that is open 24 hours and has just about everything one could need from food, to beauty supplies, to beach gear.
