We have paid a lot of attention in selecting top quality fabrics, beautiful designs, and comfortable goods to make your stay extra enjoyable. This includes 50' LG plasma TV in the living room as well another 50' plasma in the bedroom. Beautiful Chandeliers provide radiant light.

Master bedroom has a queen canopy bed with a ceiling fan and access to a private bathroom and shower.

Second Bedroom has a queen bed with close access to a bathroom in the hallway.

Kids bedroom has a bunk bed (twin on top, full on the bottom) with close access to hallway bathroom.

Fireworks can be seen from the kids bedroom, second bedroom, dining room and both patios.

Kitchen is fully equipment with all the modern conveniences of home.

Washer and dryer is available downstairs inside the house.

High speed internet and cable TV with the extended channels is available.

Ideal vacation rental for Disneyland Visitors

This rental is comfortable, well equipped, clean, only a few minutes walk to Downtown Disney and a few minutes further to the Park Entrance. The owners are helpful and quick to respond to any communications.

Close walk to Disneyland!

This property is in a great spot. My family felt welcomed by Rick as he met and helped us check in. The only complaint is that I wish there were a few more towels. Thank you

We would have more than happy to bring you more. Sometimes our housekeeping throws away stained towels and forget to replace them. I am guessing that is what has happened. Great condo with close access to Downtown Disney

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is cozy and extremely well decorated. The walk to the park gates is about 1 mile or so (15-20 minutes). The only downside to the walk is that there is no close crosswalk to the complex (and the walk from the condo through the complex is pretty long in itself), so you have to either walk an extra block or so or jaywalk a busy street. However, once you get across the street, it's easy to walk through the Disneyland Hotel (air conditioning!) to Downtown Disney.

The condo itself was really lovely. Like I said, the decorations are great and they clearly put a lot of time and effort into them. However, there are some parts of the condo that need to be updated. I imagine keeping up on everything in the condo can be overwhelming, especially during the summer! The carpet on the stairs is definitely in need of replacement; the towel rack in the master bathroom is pretty rickety, with one side in particular out of the wall; it's not quite falling down yet, but it probably will if you grab on it too harshly. We had trouble with the cable TV the first night; the plug into the surge protector behind the entertainment center was worn and so, it pops out almost every day. Probably new surge protectors throughout the house are needed. Also, the air vent downstairs when you first walk in is in desperate need of a cleaning!! Another small suggestion: the master bedroom needs some kind of light fixture! The switch controls the lamps, but neither are particularly bright. Also, the plug ins on the entire window side of the master bedroom simply don't work. These are all little nitpicks and when you're out of the room most of the day in the parks, it really doesn't matter; just some things we noticed that would definitely improve the home for the short amount of time you're there.

All that being said, the condo is really great. The kitchen has new, really nice appliances and is pretty well stocked. We enjoyed our stay and will probably stay again in the future!

Very much enjoyed our time we felt like home

Once we arrived all we had to do is our groceries every thing else was supplied and available for our use including spices. The townhouse was clean and ready for us to start enjoying ourselves with our family. The walk to Disney was not long and easy to get there. Our granddaughters loved the pool and playground areas. Sometimes they wanted to do that instead of Disneyland which was great to have the option. Thank you for the wonderful stay and if we go that way again we will stay at your property.

We loved our stay!

We were so pleased with our accommodations! The location was ideal...it made it so convenient. It was wonderful to have a garage. The kitchen had everything we needed...the beds were so comfy. Thank you for the extra sheets, pillows and comforter. There were nine of us and only seven large bath towels were made available. We also wanted to use the little twin hide a bed but we were unable to get it to release and pull up so we used the couch in the bedroom as a bed! You may need to check on that. The decor was magical! We felt safe and sooo comfortable during our stay. We definitely have told friends and family about how much we enjoyed our stay! I wrote a review right after we got home...not sure why it didn't submit! Thanks again, the Pococks

Plenty of Room

Plenty of space for a family of 7 + 2. Nice quiet neighborhood. 4 bedroom's++ TV's in all the bedrooms. Had small problem with the dishwasher not kicking in and had a little problem with a loose hot water valve in the kitchen sink. Otherwise everything was great. Thanks for allowing us to use your house!
