Wonderful stay felt like being at home
Very clean and comfortable loved everything about it
Great place to stay!
The house was charming. We also enjoyed the courtyard, with the fountain and outdoor seating.
Everything was clean and in great shspe. The property manager was very responsive and cogenial.
Good location. We recommend!
We had a great time celebrating my daughter’s graduation from college. Very hospitable property manager and beautiful old home.
We stayed in this historic Victorian House for the month of April. It is clean and comfortable and the location is ideal to visit so many historical places, to shop downtown, and to enjoy all the beauty and charm of Savannah!
The DOT bus system is very accessible from the house to take you all over the Historic District for FREE! The stops are not more than 2 - 3 blocks from any of the historical museums, stores, restaurants and the famous squares.
Finally, the manager, Kevin, is very friendly and available when needed and can give you lots of information about Savannah to make your visit the best! This list is one for our memory book!!
Perfect Vacation Rental
The house was perfect! We had a groups of 5 for a girls trip and as soon as we drove up in the driveway, Kevin was there to greet us. He and I had been in contact before we arrived and he was always available for questions I had. Kevin was extremely accommodating. He showed us another of his rental properties he had transformed from an old church and it was gorgeous. The house was in the perfect location, just a few blocks away from the park. The mattresses were super comfortable and the house was fully equipped with every thing we needed! If/when we come back to Savannah, we will definitely be looking to rent from Kevin again!
Beautiful older home in the historic district
Just steps from Forsythe Square. It’s a beautiful walk anyway you take to get to the downtown area. Lots to do and see. We had a fabulous time. The front porch is perfect for relaxing on. I would stay there again.
This location, just off the southend of Forsyth Park has a lot of advantages. The first being the park itself: 10 acres of green-space lined with 200 year old, moss covered trees. 2 large playgrounds, tennis and basket ball courts and a large amphitheater with a cafe. The park serves as a center piece for downtown life and acts as a gateway to the historic squares that make up downtown. The farmers market is every Saturday and the park host many events throughout the year. Several local favorites on this end of the park too including the Sentient Bean Cafe and Brighter Day Grocery - 2 indispensable places for many downtown residents. A free shuttle to downtown proper is just a couple of blocks over on Bull St, the trolley stop is also super close.
