The apartment is located in St Malo, the seaside, on the ground floor of a luxury residence in the heart of the resort activities. It is midway between the Thermes Marins and the Old City. Partly renovated in December 2014 (Floor coverings and walls stay and room) The apartment has been classified Tourist Furnished 3 stars by the prefecture. 3 * are assigned according to the laws, the mid-range accommodation - superior, very comfortable, with appreciable quality amenities and offering several services and facilities. Ideal for tourist stays (Mont St Michel, Cancale, Dinard, .....) or professional

Again without additional charge: A location secured parking in the basement of another residence (150 m from the apartment)

Maximum capacity of the accommodation: Three people

Graceful loan of baby equipment (travel cot with mattress bultex 10 cm, high chair or booster seat, changing mat, covered specific)

Nous avons passé 21 jours formidables dans un appartement très fonctionnel, la rue à traverser pour être sur la grande plage du SILLON, vue sur mer depuis le salon .Mr et Me DURAND ont tout mis en oeuvre pour nous faciliter le séjour

Très bon emplacement et complet

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans un appartement confortable dans lequel tout est bien équipé et bien situé. L'accueil de Laurence et de Thierry était sympathique avec en cadeau une bouteille de cidre. Merci!

Nous recommandons la location de ce chouette appartement en face de la mer.
