The building is divided into 5 units including a Penthouse on the upper floor called Bella Vista, it is a 4 bedrooms with 3 bath, below we have 3 separates 2 bedrooms apartments with 2 baths each, most bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.
their is also a small studio 1 bedroom, 1 bath.
Each of the 2 bedrooms condos have queen-sized bed and some with King size,
in addition for extra persons we have sofa bed in Living rooms.
The larger Penthouse Bella Vista 4 bedroom has a king-sized bed in the wedding bedroom
This property can be rented as the full 11 bedrooms or separately by apartment,
such as the penthouse only or as individual 2 bedrooms condos
Beside the very large rooftop deck terrace, each level of the home has beautiful terraces complete with Ivory Travertine tile floor, granite counter tops and stunning ocean views.

• About: Hello, I am restaurateur , originally from France where I graduated as a Chef de Cuisine in Strasbourg, Ecole Hoteliere in Alsace.
• My expertise has been working and running French gourmet restaurants, in Chicago and Tucson Az. I moved from France as one of the young chef at Maxime de Paris in Chicago, Illinois, later on, open a restaurant at 260 E. Chestnut street called Champs Elysees, sold it and worked as Food and beverage manager at the Pump Room hotel on Goethe street, Chicago. Open the 95th in the John Hancock Building.
Later on move to sunny Arizona to work as maitre d’ at the Westward Look Resort, then Maitre d’ at the famous Tucson Country club and later on to open an all new restaurant called Le Rendez-Vous, run it successfully to finally taking a brake to retire at Alma de Salina in Marina Puerto Salina.(check on Googlr Earth < Puerto Salina Baja>

We choose this area because the weather is mediteranean, near perfect and we love long walk on the beach. owner wife is from Mexico and bring with her the Mexican flair and touch
Alma de Salina property is an Ocean Paradise, 1 hour from San Diego, it is half way between Rosarito and Ensenada, a short highway drive to the Guadelupe Valley, Mexico's finest wine Country. our climate is averaging 70 degrees all year round and winters are mild. this is the main reason we bought this property to avoid the Arizona scorching summer heat where we also run a B&B called Le Rendez-Vous B&B.

Place was clean and well kept. The location itself is private and beautiful. The property managers were there if we needed anything but made sure our group felt comfortable. Views were amazing.
Very spacious beach front house with a perfect location. We enjoyed all house amenities and having a sand beach in front of the house is what makes this house a great vacation place.
The property is accurately listed. It was being cleaned when we arrived so we went to get some dinner and returned to find it all spotless.
Alex and Ana are on site to help with any needs. There was a plumbing issue when we arrived that they got a plumber to fix. Nice folks.
My brother and I took our entire families to this beautiful home on the beach. It was no easy feat finding a place that could accommodate 26 (grandparents/parents/kids). The kids played constantly on the beach just steps from the patio. They especially enjoyed a small wind and wave protected cove a short walk from the house. The adults loved the waves out front. We surfed, paddle boarded, swam, flew kites, rode horses, scoured the moonlit beach for grunion, roasted marshmallows over a fire pit, made a couple trips into Ensenada, and ate at different restaurants up the coast each night. All felt it was one of the funnest vacations ever. We hope to repeat it someday.
The house is really nice, everything like new but a few issues. There is an "out of service jacuzzi" in the main room. Only one towel par bath. No water at all two days. I was in the middle of the shower covered with shampoo and soap all over my body and suddenly no water....
Information about the property was mostly acurate, however, I believe that the map provided on the VRBO site is a map of the Bajamar Golf Resort, located a couple of miles down the road, rather than La Salina. The home is quite well built, roomy, and comfortable. Excellent for large groups such as family or company gatherings. Being located next to the surf is very enjoyable and pleasant. The beach is excellent, however, you need to walk around the rock surf protective wall to get down to it. Security is excellent, and the live-in caretakers provide any needed assistance and advise. Within easy driving distance to Ensenada and the Guadaloupe wine region for site seeing and excellent restaurants. Also Bajamar has a very good restaurant, bar, and golf course that you can go to, by informing Bajamar's security where you are going and getting directions. The golf course has 27 holes is next to the ocean with beautiful views.
