You are only a 2-block walk to Lahaina’s famous Front Street to enjoy dozens of restaurants, shops and galleries. We absolutely fell in love with this beachfront condo and it's the perfect location. The protected waters of baby beach are ideal for swimming and the sunsets over the water are spectacular. The winter months bring the site of humpbacks whales frolicking just a few hundred yards off-shore. The weather in West Maui is unbeatable.

Location, Location, Location. This unit is ideally situated on "baby" beach. It is the best spot on maui for young children to safely play at the beach. The complex also has a fantastic pool. Unit 103 is a great unit. It is beautifully decorated with a modern maui theme, and the kitchen includes all essentials(including sharp knives !) to prepare and enjoy great meals. The unit is next to the pool and provides quick access to the beach. The owner is fantastic and does a great job explaining the unit features. I have stayed here before and will stay again.

Outstanding condo, property, location and view

We just spent two weeks in Puunoa Beach Estates #103 and highly recommend this property and this unit. The condo is well appointed & maintained and is very tastefully decorated. Everything about it is top-end. We had our own parking spot right outside the front door.

The master bedroom is huge with a luxury bathroom suite and walk-in closet. The bedroom’s glass front is framed by landscaping that maintains a comfortable level of privacy while still allowing a great ocean view. The air conditioning has a separate control from the central air in the rest of the condo. The second bedroom with a mountain view can act as a second master.

Glass windows and sliding doors extend across the entire front of the living and dining areas, with shades that open completely to expose the full ocean view. The lanai spans the length of the condo, with an outdoor dining area at one end where we spent our mornings watching for whales. The modern kitchen had everything we needed.

The location is ideal, within easy walking distance of Lahaina in one direction and Mala Wharf in the other. It sits on Baby Beach which is great for swimming and snorkeling. The front hedges isolate the property from the other beachgoers so we didn’t even see them from the lanai. Each evening, we watched the sun set over the island of Lanai.

We’ve stayed at a number of condo resorts in Wailea & Lahaina, including Elua, Makena Surf, Polo Beach and Puamana. This property and location ranks with the best, and this unit is the nicest we’ve found.

Perfect Vacation Home

This is the second time I've stayed at one of Brian's rental properties. The condo is beautiful and the location is perfect for what we needed. The views of sunset are spectacular from the patio and we were just steps from the beach. Brian is thoughtful and provides all the amenities you could want. He is also very responsive if you have questions or need something.

The only place to stay in Maui!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in December at this amazing property. The condo, the grounds, the hospitality were so nice, personable, and top notch! The space was perfect for our family of 4 adults. I have to say the location and the beach in front were what puts this place over the top! By far my favorite beach on Maui and after visiting various others during the trip over in hotel tourist areas it was so nice to not be around the thousands of tourists. Walking back and forth from beach to condo was so convenient. Whenever we do come back to Maui with no hesitation this will be the place to stay! Mahalo!

Perfect in every way

Our family has been traveling for the holidays for 6 years now, and this was by far our favorite spot. The location is perfect being right on the outskirts in Lahaina so walking distance to everything on Front st, but also very quite and private. The ocean is 50 yards from the porch, but there is a very nice grass area and a shrub fence for privacy. There is also a nice pool and hot tub area that was very well maintained and hardly used by anyone else while we were there. The inside of the unit is very well decorated and has a spacious layout with great views from most rooms. Everything that we needed for cooking, cleaning, swimming, and just relaxing was available. We loved everything about it, and have already booked it again.
