Amazing Get Away From The Crazy

  • 5 of 5

It was an amazing time for me and the girlfriend for our one year anniversary! Did a ton of fishing on the Blue River, caught mainly Rainbow Trout but one really nice 26'' bull trout! Which of course we released! But very clean and welcoming place! One down fall was we were hoping the cabin backed into the river, but the river is just a short 2 min drive away! Overall impression was AMAZING!

Thanks y'all!

  • 5 of 5

We love this little cabin; this was our third year to stay there. We are in Blue River each July for our family reunion, and we our so happy to have found this location. The cabin is always spotless clean, it is so comfortable and for us, so convenient to our family in the rea. We have already booked for next year. We highly recommend it.

Charming cabin in the woods!

  • 5 of 5

Beautiful log cabin! Fully stocked; it had everything we needed, minus the food. About a 1/2 hour drive north to Blue Pool trailhead. The cabin was very clean. The fire pit area includes skewers and trays for cooking over the fire and a large picnic table nearby. A great place to stay with kids. Hope to make this cabin a family tradition!

Great quiet place to relax!

  • 4 of 5

We stayed at the cabin for 4 days. It was clean and beds were comfortable. It was stocked with all of the kitchen appliances, dishes, etc that we needed. We did a couple of hiking trips to some beautiful waterfalls. We spent a day at a lake. The area is beautiful. Some things to take note of ,,,, there is no cable for the TV, just movies, but there was a good assortment of them!! We were about 30 minutes away from the waterfalls, etc. The river is within walking distance, but this is a fast flowing river and not much bank area for hanging out. And .. the cabin has these double windows ,,, don't think you've opened up the windows because you opened the first one ,, there's another one by the screen. We kept wondering why the cabin wasn't cooling down at night. Well, my husband figured out the morning we were leaving!! We had a great stay!!

One of the best weekends ever!

  • 5 of 5

This was the perfect getaway for our 20th wedding anniversary. The cabin was very clean and we felt instantly relaxed the minute we walked in the door. The McKenzie River area is so beautiful, but we have never enjoyed it as much as we did on our recent stay.

While we were staying there we didn't want for anything. The kitchen utensils, cookware, etc were very well stocked. Everything was absolutely perfect. We are already looking at the calendar to pick a time for another stay.

Highly recommended!!

We have a thermostatically controlled pellet stove in our cabin. We furnish pellets for your stay and the unit was purchased in 2011. We also had the cabin floor tiled this year in its entirety. It came out beautifully. There is a fire pit in the back by a wooden deck off of the shop. There is plenty off street parking to accommodate trailers, boats and vehicles. This property is approximately 3/4 of an acre. No pets allowed.
