The spa seats 6, and has 16 jets. Its great under the stars, or as the sunsets. Pool and spa are heated with a new, Efficient Gas Heating system. The pool faces directly south, so gets sun Morning to Sunset, and gets the direct sun all day long. This pool is right out of a Magazine cover. This home is located on a hillside above Santa Barbara, at the end of a quiet and private street in Mission Canyon. Houses along the street range from multimillion dollar view homes to funky 60's california ex hippie retreats. Its classic Santa Barbara. At the very end of the lane, you will find a long driveway down a hill to this private and wooded property. The house and property are not visable from the street or any where for that matter. There is parking for 2 cars. Once you are here, you feel miles away, but are minutes to everything. The garage is not available for parking.
The lower part of the property is covered with 100 year old oak trees, paths that wind in the shade down a hillside, to a lower flat area. There are many trees overhead, making this area private and almost totally shaded most days. Its green in the winter and spring, and browns up in the summer and fall. A nice little get away right on the property.
