2nd year in a row at the condo!

We love the location of this condo and the quietness of it. We have now spent the last two Labor Day weekends at this condo. Had a chance to visit Aunt Catfish's for dinner and it was spectacular!

The condo has everything you need, just bring groceries and boogie boards! Only minor change from last year to this year was that the carpet in the living room and master bedroom have probably seen their better days.

Fabulous week with family in paradise!

We would highly recommend staying at Sanibel Condos #503! It was a relaxing week filled with days on the beach, parasailing from Ponce Inlet, jet skiing on the Halifax River, enjoying sunrises, playing games, and eating meals on the porch. We were able to set up our chairs and umbrellas on the NO drive beach and enjoyed days relaxing and watching our children surf, paddle board, and boogie board in the ocean. Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise with us:)

Wonderful Beach Location

Our family generally spends a week on New Smyrna Beach but found this condo, and it looked like just what we needed. Our family of 8 (6 adults and 2 small children) had everything we needed. It was very spacious, and the bathrooms seemed to recently be renovated. We also appreciated the location just next to the no-drive beach. It's a lovely large beach area, great view from the condo, and enjoyed the pool and game room. My only suggestion would be to have the carpet cleaned. Parking can be an issue, with only one reserved spot, but we were warned ahead, so we weren't surprised by the inconvenience.

Excellent property and owners!

The property was awesome! The ease with coming and going with codes rather than keys is a real plus! The only negative thing I would mention is the carpet in the main living area is very stained but that's to be expected when you open your home to renters. I would suggest tile and that problem Would be alleviated. Overall, we LOVED our stay and will definitely be back!!
