Located in Ascain, 2.5 km from the gates of Saint-Jean-de-Luz and 6 km from the beaches, this 1-bedroom apartment is very well fitted (washing machine, microwave, oven, toaster, hair dryer, folding bed, high chair, etc.) in a residence with 10x20 m pool and sleeps 4 adults.

It is in a strategic location if you want to visit the French Basque Country

The apartment has been partly renovated in 2012

There is a 33 m² surface area with a separate bedroom with double 140x190 cm bed, a 18 m² living area with 2 80x200 cm bunk beds for adults, an open plan kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet.

It boasts of a 10 m² covered terrace equipped with loungers and a garden table with 4 chairs

The South-exposed 50 m² private garden enjoys unobstructed views of Larrun Mountain and is not overlooked

The entire accommodation is very bright and it is pleasant to live in thanks to its features

The access to the 4 acre park of the residence is free as well as the access to the large 10x20 m pool

Bikes are at your disposal in summer because the apartment is 2 km from a 4.5 km long cycle path that has been especially built for cyclists to reach the beaches of Saint-Jean-de-Luz.

About Olivier Dejean

We bought this apartment because we are native from this region and we come to recharge our batteries in the French Basque Country that is such a beautiful region. We are far from it for professional purposes because we work near Toulouse. We had a crush on this apartment that we renovated a year ago. We hope that the people who will rent it will enjoy staying here, just like us. I have no doubt that the people who will leave the apartment to go have a swim, passing by the cycle path, will be delighted by the Basque houses and the green of the Basque mountains. On the way back, you could take a break to eat a Basque plate of tuna at the grill restaurant of the port and finish with a last dive in the pool of the residence.

This apartment is our pied-à-terre in the low season and allows us to meet up some good friends that live in the region all year round and also to find back the pleasure that offers this unique region such as the unsurpassed gastronomy, the typical and beautiful architecture, the landscapes and the hiking paths: in short, the Basque art of living.

What makes this apartment unique

This accommodation is very pleasant because it is very functional and bright. One of the assets is that it is not overlooked and it boasts of an access to the garden so you enjoy the double surface area of the apartment. The residence is quiet and you sleep well in it because it is silent. In addition, it is a strategic location to visit the French Basque Country, both the hinterland and the coastline.

Aucune mauvaises surprises,l'appartement est d'une propreté irréprochable à votre arrivée avec un acceuil formidable du propriétaire.Aucune nuisance, des vélos sont à dispositions et la cerise sur le gateau une piscine certes non chauffée mais très grande ou vous serez quasiment les seules à en profiter car cette petite residence est habité principalement par des familles d'Ascain qui travaille dans les environs.

Le propriétaire vous informera avec plaisir des sites incontournables à visiter ,des restos sympa à faire, de multiples bons plans pour deguster des tapas en Espagne,les randos à faire,les plages ...

Précisons que la location est vraiment tres bien situé et c'est un sérieux atout car la région est très vaste,vous étes proche de la rhune de l'Espagne de st Jean de Luz,Hendaye ,espelette,st Jean pied de port et de bien d'autres sites incontournables de la région.

C'est un très bon rapport qualité prix pas évident à trouver dans la région.

Appartement idéal et hyper bien situé !

Appartement idéale pour des vacances en famille , repos, farniente et détente assurée. Appartement très propre et vraiment fonctionnel.Situe à un endroit idéal pour des balades à pied et à vélo. Bref, moments de bonheur assures!

Appartement très agréable conforme à la description. Facile d'accès, très bien situé pour les fans de randonnées et pas très loin de Saint Jean de Luz. Propre et fonctionnel avec beaucoup de docs pour visiter. Propriétaire de bon conseil et très sympa. A recommander

Appartement agréable, bien situé, très propre, bien meublé et agencé.

Terrasse, jardin, parking, piscine : très appréciable.

A proximité de plusieurs grandes villes et villages, entre mer et montagne : idéal pour se ballader et se reposer.

Les propriétaires sont sympathiques !

Nous avons adorés et nous y retournerons un de ces jours.
