Relax in this Single Family Home close to Boulder.

This Single family home is conveniently located in SW Longmont, close to Boulder. It's a short drive to local restaurants, shopping, and the movie theater. And is located 32 Miles (less than an hour drive) from the Eldora Ski Area, for local skiing.

The kitchen comes fully equipped and features Stainless steel appliances, Enjoy the convenience of a Gas fireplace in the Family room and a Flat screen TV, with Blue ray DVD player. Relax in the Living room and read a book, or enjoy conversation on the large comfortable sectional.

Every bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan. The home also has a whole house fan along with air conditioning for our guests comfort on those hot summer days. Our home also includes a Front load washer and dryer, and a tankless water heater for long showers.

Our home is very clean and well taken care of. And the 2 car attached garage is a nice feature. We are sure you will enjoy your accommodations

King Size Bed in the Master: The Master bedroom has a Memory Foam King Size Bed with Pottery Barn Bedding, a Flat screen TV, His and hers Closets and a private bath.

6 person Hot Tub with Lounge: Soak in your own private 6 person Cal Spa hot tub with lounge after a long day of skiing or hiking. Or head over for a swim in the seasonal community pool which includes a kiddie pool with Sun Shade and on duty lifeguards.

You can also walk over to the nearby park which includes swings and slides, and a small sledding hill for winter fun. Or play basketball at the courts next to the pool.

The home has a 2 car attached garage with remote, which can store your vehicle, all your ski gear and your golf clubs. A great feature in the winter, and in the summer.

Why Michele Bateman chose Front Range Colorado

We love to vacation and prefer not to stay in hotels. We wanted to offer our guests a home with the accommodations we would prefer when vacationing, at an affordable price. The home is located in one of the most sought out neighborhoods in longmont, due to its close proximity to Niwot and Boulder, and its seasonal community pool. Our guests enjoy the privacy of a home, along with the hot tub. The tankless water heater is also nice when you have multiple people showering allowing for endless hot water.

What makes this house unique

The home has a modern feel, yet is cozy. It heats up and cools off quite fast due to the newer furnace an air conditioning unit. The unlimited hot water is always a great feature. The hot tub is located in your own backyard and is a great place to relax. The 2 car attached garage with remote is also a nice feature for our guests. This is not a town home, but a single family home utilized by only you and your guests.

Michele responded quickly and made us a generous offer. Nice and quiet neighbor hood near everything you could possible need. The house had very clean carpets. Clean bathrooms with soft towels and plenty of them. Nice green grass in the fenced in back yard. Gas grill with a back up propane tank. The hot tub worked well and was clean. Thanks for sharing this house with us. We appreciate all your hard work. Peter

Nice place; easy to work with owner.

We rented the single family 3bedroom/2.5bath property, VBRO #392265 in Longmont, Colorado for ten days around Thanksgiving time. [Four adults and one teenager]. The VBRO pictures and description of the house is accurate. Our experience was similar to prior reviewers. A comfortable, clean, well-furnished house in quiet neighborhood. The location is convenient, a few miles north of busy Boulder and less than one hour from Rocky Mountain National Park. The house is relatively new with modern appliances, comfortable beds with plenty of linens, wireless internet, a hot-tub, and more kitchen gadgets than we have in our own home. Dealing with the owner was easy; she is an experienced landlord; she provided us with an simple to understand rental agreement, a fair price, a “welcome sheet” with information about the house, and was present during our arrival to show us around. She even offered serving platters and other items for our family Thanksgiving dinner. Four days after we vacated our damage deposit money was returned via the US mail.

Value, convenience, and comfort.

This was our second stay, and we loved it as much as the first time. The house is clean, roomy, and well appointed. We cooked up a storm in the large kitchen. Al the appliances are good quality and in perfect condition. We love the hot tub and used it daily. I really feel like this house is a homeaway from home. My grandson likes "Grandma's house in Longmont!" Thank you Michele and Jo for everything you do to make this home available.

CONVENIENT,QUIET,TIDY,WELL EQUIPPED

We rented for two weeks in August of 2014. This home was very well located for us; having a family and grandkids in Longmont and another family and grandkids in Ft. Collins. Easy drive of 10 minutes to one home and 40 minutes to the other up 287 the "back way". The home is very well equipped with just about anything you need in the kitchen. Shopping is very close (Kings Soopers and Super Target for groceries); Kohl's and Super Target for the things you forgot; and many restaurants very close by. If you want to get into Boulder, you are a hop away from the Diagonal Highway and a straight shot to Boulder. If you want to get to Denver, it is easy via I25 or take 287 to Broomfield; then down the Boulder Freeway to I25. Three golf courses in Longmont and others nearby too. A big plus for this place is the pool; if you go during the summer. We used it many times; life guards are there a lot; and there is a huge kiddie pool for the ones under 5 (in our case grandkids); it is shaded and well thought out and the pool and kiddie pool are heated; very nice. They even have "adult swim" times. The owners are very friendly and live about 4 houses away. We had an issue with not getting all the cable channels; Jo handled that very quickly and got everything fixed. We did not use the hot tub but I looked at it and it is very good. We also did not use the BBQ but it too looks good. You don't need to bring a Pack N Play for the little ones or a high chair; they have one. And, the laundry room is very good; the equipment is new and works very well. The only drawback to this place is no fans in the bathrooms so you have to open the window; that is fine; but you have to remember to close them because in the summer there are thunderstorms. And, the master bedroom could use a "top down, bottom up" shade... wandering around in there with the light on and neighbors can see you; so you keep the shade closed. Otherwise, the place was very good and we ate a ton of tomatoes out of the garden. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED property. We will rent again there when we return for an extended stay.

PERFECT!!

Visited for my oldest son's wedding and this house was everything it was described to be and then some! My other two sons and I enjoyed having a home rather than a room to come back to each day. The house is beautiful and so comfortable and the owner is incredibly awesome! We entertained the future in-laws in the back yard using the grill and hot tub.

Everyone was impressed that we had found such a wonderful place! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a rental in this area. We will be back!! Thanks so much!!

Great house!

We had a wonderful time in Longmont at this great house. It was perfect for our 2 week stay. When we arrived, it was perfectly clean. The house was bigger than we were expecting and we were pleasantly surprised with the spaciousness. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and in a great location, close to Boulder and Longmont. The hot tub was a great added bonus. The owners were responsive and helpful. Thanks for sharing this great home with us.

Enjoy a drive through Rocky Mountain National Park, the Peak to Peak Highway, spend the day in downtown Denver, or enjoy lunch and a stroll on Pearl Street in downtown Boulder.

Golfing, hiking, horseback riding and Biking are also afternoon options. Or take a swim in the Seasonal community pool which includes a kiddie pool for the little ones. Or relax in your own private hot tub.
