Casa Bella Anna is a newly renovated Mid-Century modern 4 bedroom, 3 bath home located on the Highline Canal just south of Denver proper. Enter through a private courtyard in to a spacious open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen which opens up to a dining area and great room all looking out to an amazing mountain view. The back side of Casa Bella Anna is windows. The sliding doors open up to a large deck which looks out over the Highline and on to the front range mountains. Enjoy indoor/outdoor living in the summer months or watch storms roll in over the mountain tops during cooler times. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main floor. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and an attached bathroom (shower only). The second upstairs bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and a full bath just outside the door. This is also the main bathroom of the house. The bottom level bedroom is furnished with two twin beds which can be converted to a king, and again the bathroom is outside the door. There is a 2nd great room on the bottom level with television, game table, and large west facing windows. There is a small fourth bedroom off the bottom level great room furnished with a double bed. There is also a full size laundry room just below the stair case. The entire square footage upstairs and down is approx. 2400 sq. ft. You can relax in the front courtyard for early morning sun and retreat to the back of the house for the afternoon sun, viewing beautiful sunsets. We are located around the corner from South Suburban recreation center and just down the street from The Streets of Southglenn, an outdoor mall offering a variety of restaurants and shopping, movie theaters, ice skating, horseback riding, etc. To the north we have Trader Joe's, a 10 minute walk along with TJMaxx/HomeGoods & Sierra Trading Post, not to mention small boutique shops and restaurants.

Casa Bella Anna was built in 1962 and is considered a Mid-Century modern; although the furnishings are of a more eclectic style with all the creature comforts of home. We have a full library of reading as well as movies and music available for your enjoyment. The house is also equipped with two large screen t.v.'s in each greatroom as well as a small television in the master bedroom. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful yet you're just a stones throw away from shopping, nightlife and activity...

When the property came available following the passing of our neighbor and my dear friend Bella Anna, (age 98), her children offered us an opportunity to purchase her home knowing how much it meant to me. I have always loved the style of the home, the location and its energy. When given this incredible opportunity we chose to renovate, yet keep the mid-century feel. Having the opportunity to share it with those traveling to this incredible part of Colorado is just a bonus! Thus becoming 'Casa Bella Anna', a home extremely special to us and to many others....in the future.

Perfect for any family vacation!

The house is so cute! Totally mid mod - perfect furniture for the architecture. Very well appointed. The kitchen has everything you could ever want, bedrooms are comfortable with really nice linens and plenty of space for your things. The view is to die for!! We enjoyed the back yard and practically lived on the porch. The young people walked up the street to the pancake house and used the bikes in the garage to ride the trail. I would recommend this home to anyone visiting the Denver area!!

The location was in a vey nice neighborhood, quiet and friendly. The home itself, FABULIOUS. It was very clean well, stocked, even has board games for adults and kids. This event was for a small family gathering. We had 5 adults and 5 children staying at the house with 2 adults and 2 children visiting. This was a great time for everyone. Did I mention the view from the back porch. WOW! worth every penny!

Perfect location

Casa Bella was the perfect location for our family to gather. Plenty of space for everyone. The house is well equipped and there were bikes to ride on the recreation trail which is at the back of the property.

I would highly recommend Casa Bella if you plan to stay in the Denver area.

Wonderful Stay!

In May and June, we spent over a month at Casa Bella Anna and found the house comfortable and very well stocked. Kathleen and Xenti are marvelous hosts and have anticipated their guests' every need. We loved dinners on the deck, long morning walks along the High Line Canal Trail, the convenient location of the house, and the stunning mountain views. It’s a marvelous spot in a pleasant neighborhood. We will definitely return!

Great week in a great house!

The house was clean and very nicely decorated. The deck and yard were great to have...what a view! We used the bikes almost everyday on the bike path right outside! Loved the extensive CD collection. Katherine was very friendly and very helpful. She made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this home to others.

Best Rental in the Denver area

My friends and I have had the pleasure of staying at CBA for the past two winters, and let me tell you, you cannot find a better rental! The house has lots of open space and the view off the back porch is breathtaking. The kitchen, and the rest of the house for that matter, is fully stocked with everything you need.

We are all travel nurses that have frequently used vacation rental websites, and I can say with confidence that Kathleen and Xenti are by far the best landlords that we have ever met! They are beyond sweet, accommodating, and go above and beyond to make sure that your stay is fantastic. We've had two extended stays here, and I've come to consider them not only friends, but family as well. Words cannot fully cover how lucky we've been to find this rental, so I will just end by saying that I highly recommend it!
