Sleep well in our new Sealy's Stearns and Foster queen size bed in the master bedroom while being able to watch your favorite show on the new HDTV and enjoy a full Stearns and Foster bed in the second bedroom. Then relax with your morning coffee on either the living room patio or the bedroom patio. Our fully equipped kitchen makes it convenient to eat in or you may choose to dine at some of the many fine restaurants in the area. New HDTV TVs and wireless internet are provided for your use. You'll want to call this condo your home.
Take advantage of the pleasant weather by enjoying Scottsdale's many golf courses, casinos, the Salt River Flats (Colorado Rockies/Arizona Diamondbacks new spring training facility), great dining, and shopping all within a few minutes drive. The Kierland Commons shopping area is within 5 miles and beautiful Fashion Square is 12 miles away, and Old Town Scottsdale is just a short drive to the south. The Arizona Diamondbacks Chase Field and the U. S. Airways Center (for the Phoenix Suns, special concerts and other events) are an easy 30 minute drive from the condo. A few minutes drive north you will find great hiking and horseback riding. If you are a car enthusiast don't miss the Barrett-Jackson car auction in January.
Both the Mayo Clinic and the Mayo Clinic Hospital are just 9 minutes drive and the Mayo Clinic Family Medicine Building is just 1 minute's drive from the condo.

Just around the corner is AJ's--a wonderful store with all kinds of delicacies as well as a source for great coffee.
Also in this shopping area are pharmacies, banks, fast food restaurants and other good shops of all kinds.
My mother and I really enjoyed our stay, the condo was clean and in a perfect location. Dave was very easy to get along with and helpful. I would definitely look to stay at this condo again.
Very well kept condo. Convenient walk to stores and shops. TPC Scottsdale is a short drive away. Would definitely come back.
I cannot express how wonderful this condo is--extraordinarily clean, beautiful furnishings, responsive owner (he actually responded before we knew anything was wrong!). This was our first trip to Arizona and we were delighted with the location and ease of direction to the condo. Thank you, Dave... what a gem you have here and your care and concern are top shelf.
Dave was great to work with and the location of the condo was perfect. We were in Scottsdale for my husband's spine surgery and everything was so close. Safeway and Walgreen's right around the corner and a Walmart just up the road about 10 minutes. There is also shopping nearby, but I'd rather spend time at the pool just across from the unit.
We ended up extending our stay a few nights and Dave was quick to respond and very accommodating for us.
If you are planning on cooking while there, be prepared to buy spices and to wash pans/dishes regularly as the kitchen is minimally stocked.

The condo was most satisfactory: very well furnished, neat and clean, and most comfortable. It is near shopping, main roads (but quiet), and attractive upper Scottsdale. It is up to the high standard that the owners maintain in other properties, and they are very easy to deal with. We recommend it highly to others
seeking excellent accommodation at a fair price.
