Our stay at unit #15 was fantastic. The condo has everything we needed. Napili Village complex is quiet and is much more enjoyable than the big resorts at Kaanapali where we stayed the previous week. This is our second stay in #15 and can't wait to return. I told everyone we met what a great place this was and directed them to mynapilicondos.com. We've stayed in other units at Napili Village but this is our favorite. The beach at Napili Bay is our happy place. You can be as active or as laid back as you want. We can't wait to return. Easy walking distance to Kapalua Bay as well. We recommend the Kapalua Coastal Trail for a beautiful hike along the ocean. Also, we went to the Sea House a couple of times for dinner with a view. Overall I don't see how you can beat Napili and I highly recommend mynapilicondos.com.

Perfect location for Your Maui Vacation

If you are looking for a nice quiet place away from the crowds, this is the place to stay. Lynn does a great job making you feel right at home. The condo has everything you would need for a Maui vacation. Fully stock kitchen and bathroom. You are a minute away from one of the best beaches in the world. This unit is on the beach side of the complex, away from the road side of the complex. You can open the sliding door to the condo and either enjoy sitting on your private lanai or take a 5 second walk to the pool. This is my go to place when I visit Maui. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Well kept and quiet property

This was our 4th time staying at Napili Village #15. That in itself speaks volumes ! We love this property. It is a very short walk to the beach at Napili Bay. The bay is by far our favorite beach on Maui. There are great restaurants with in walking distance, The Sea House has a wonderful Happy Hour and also serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, The Gazebo (famous for it's great breakfasts) serves both breakfast and lunch. The Napili Market is just a short drive away. There are Charcoal BBQ grills available in the pool area, and also coffee daily in the Ohana Room (pool side) Beach or pool towels are provided as well as back pack beach chairs. The room is well kept and the Land Lady is awesome! If there are ANY concerns at all she responds quickly and makes sure things are taken care of. I have recommended this property to all of my friends who are considering Maui for a vacation. Oh, and I don't want to forget the fact that paddle boards, surf boards and skim boards are all available at 808 Board shop literally in the parking lot of the property as well as Snorkel Bob's, for snorkeling and excursion information. If you're looking for a no worries vacation at a reasonable price for Maui, look no further!

Amazing!

We finally made it to Hawaii! For our first trip, we decided to forego a resort and stay in a privately owned condo instead. We made the right choice with staying in Lynn's Napili Village condo. We stayed in #15. From the moment we walked in the door we knew we were going to love every minute there. Lynn thought of everything when stocking her condos. We weren't lacking anything, from beach towels and beach toys, to spices, toiletry and everything you need to cook with. We ended up barbecuing and meeting other guests, made some good friends. When we finished our day adventures each day, we were excited to go back "home" at the end of the day. We loved beginning and ending each day on the beautiful lanai. It was a very short walk to the beach and we enjoyed spending some of every day there watching the beautiful sunset or swimming and snorkeling. We swam with sea turtles one day right there! I highly recommend enjoying Maui at Napili Village in Lynn's condos. You won't regret it. We can't wait to go back next year and will plan on staying in the same condo......our new vacation "home". Thank you Lynn for all of your thoughtful planning and information you sent to help make our first trip to Maui perfect!

More Than Advertised!

This condo has so much more than one could ask for in Napili Village. Twenty steps to the pool and less than one hundred to one of the best beaches in Maui. Boogie Boards, Noodles, Inner Tubes, Beach Chairs, Beach Towells were all there for your use.

The unit is very clean and we used it for a couple with a six year old daughter. King bed slept well as did the couch for my daughter. We did not use the cable TV or the air conditioner but they are there if you need them. Kitchen is well stocked and you access to rent more beach gear like paddle boards is literraly next door.

The best part about this condo is how easy it is to work with the owner. They want to make sure that they can do everything they can do to make your stay excellent. They respond to emails and phone calls very quickly.

Wished we could have stayed longer

We have stayed here before, usually for almost a month. We love the proximity to the beach, the cleanliness of the suite and the privacy of the Lanai. we prefer to keep our windows open with the ceiling fans on for a great breeze and wake up to the sound of the bird. The room had everything we needed and great wifi. We will be back next year for our usual lengthier stay.

Great vacation in condo #15

We had great vacation in condo #15. The condo was clean, well maintained. The sheets and towels looked new. Our beach towels were big and fluffy. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom was clean and the shower had great water pressure. The owner provided extra bath towels.

The pull out couch worked great for me. And the big bed that the kids slept in was very comfy. We loved our lanai and the outdoor furniture. Location of the condo is great, walking distance to beach is awesome.

Steps away from Napili Bay, I offer a ground floor privately owned recently renovated studio condo. This property is a garden setting with local orchids, plumeria, hibiscus, bananas, mangos and papayas. Relax by the pool viewing the gracious palms. Dine on your private lanai or poolside or lounge in your two large old Hawaiian style chairs to listen to the birds or watch the flowers grow. Stroll to the beach and enjoy the breathtaking sunset at Napili Bay between the islands of Lanai and Molokai as you watch the dance of the Humpback Whales.

You will have a cal king bed with pillow top mattress, large walk in all tile shower, new furniture, new oven, new refrigerator, plenty of storage, and many amenities not found in the usual rentals. All of this and only 50 giant steps to the ocean where you can surf, swim, snorkel, or relax under the palm tree.

I have included an overview of the property so you can see where you will be located in relationship to the area and the ocean. This is the building closer to the ocean and away from any street noise. The driveway you see in the photo is not a through street, just parking.
