2 bedroom condo in Sports Village has new carpet, new furniture, granite counter tops in the kitchen, new big screen, new beds with pillow top mattresses, internet access with DSL from QWEST. The King bed has a Tempurpedic mattress. The beds have feather and foam pillows. There is a small washer/dryer in the bathroom closet.
This is close to golf, you can walk to swimming and tennis and the unit has covered parking, across from the unit labeled D6. This is reserved parking for D6.
There is one balcony and another walkout area.
This is a great location for the family with swimming, a clubhouse, and a nice playground. You don't need to leave to enjoy a relaxing vacation.
There is an Access Card for the Family Pool and a Key for the adult lap pool. Lost Access Cards are $50 and lost keys are $25.
Trailers are allowed in a paid parking lot at the back of the complex. Trailers and boats can be parked on the street for free.

We enjoy St George for the trips to Zions NP, swimming with the family and early and late season golf.
There are two lakes for boating within twenty minutes of the condo, great water skiing.
It's also close to some very nice golf courses in Mesquite and the occasional trip to Las Vegas for a show.
Overall, I was quite please with my stay. The unit shows its age but its comfortable. Property management is very responsive and is quick to respond to emails/phone calls. Though I did not use the amenities, they are available. The only downside is that I wished the windows had bug screens up so that I could have taken advantage of the cool breezes. Location is great, easy access to the main highway, supermarkets, and restaurants. Loved that it has covered parking.
My wife and I visited St George, Utah, for the first time and stayed two months (February & March). The Sports Village complex was very well maintained and offered great amenities. During our stay, we enjoyed the two pools, the two hot tubs, and the fitness center. Our unit itself was very roomy and the TV, internet and all of the appliances worked fine. Our mattress in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable. The unit could probably use some updating (kitchen / bathroom) but that didn't detract from the enjoyment of our stay.
There is so much to do in St George. We enjoyed hiking in the Red Cliffs Desert Reserve and utilizing the nearby bike trails. Zion National Park is also within an hour's drive and we made 6 trips there. Downtown St. George was also very nice to visit. We made side trips to Bryce Canyon, Las Vegas, and also Death Valley National Park. All in all, this was one of our best vacations. We'll definitely be back!
The condo is situated in the Sports Village complex. The desert, the club house with gym and pool are all just within a few steps away. The condo itself is very spacious and the inventory is practical and esthetic at the same time. Both beds are very comfy. The kitchen has virtually anything you could want for cooking or even baking, the bathroom is very spacious, too, with quite large mirrors. I have used the wireless internet quite a bit during my stay and everything went very smoothly. It's not superfast, but streaming movies, listening to music or checking out maps online was always possible without any problems. Sherri was easy to reach by email, and always helpful and accommodating. The pool is very nice, too, and was never really crowded during my stay. The gym actually deserves the name, since there is a decent choice of free weights, a bench press machine, and a selection of treadmills and bikes if you're more into cardio. I also greatly enjoyed the proximity to the desert. You can actually walk to the starting point of a trail system ('Bearclaw Poppy Trail' etc.) from the condo, or you can take your car to the parking lot at the trailhead. And Snow Canyon State Park is a true gem beyond description! Of all the things I have seen here in Utah, Nevada and California, it ranks in my top 3. Be sure to check it out if you are an outdoor person!
The only thing I would criticize is the sometimes rather frequent lawn mowing for no obvious reason and the freezing temperatures in the gym (68° is a bit of a contrast to the 104° outside in summer). Other than that, my whole experience was perfect and I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here and would come back any summer I got the chance!
WE HAD A GREAT STAY IN THE CONDO IN ST GEORGE. PLACE WAS GREAT FOR US 5 AND NICELY FURNISHED WITH A LOT OF STUFF THAT WE DID NOT HAVE TO GO OUT AND BUY. EVERYTHING WAS VERY GOOD. ONLY THING WE HAD TO DO WAS FIX THE TOILET WITH A PART FROM TARGET THE FIRST DAY OF OUR 14 DAY STAY. WAS PERFECT THE NEXT 13 DAYS.
Condo was nice and clean. Kids enjoyed the amenities at Sports Village (pool, mini golf, etc.) Great stay.
Clean and inviting...We wished we could take the beds home with us. No backaches for us in the morning!!! The pools were heated better than hotel pools. We swam three times over the Thanksgiving holiday. :) The smaller washing machine and dryer cleaned our clothes just fine. Wash small loads and run twice through the dryer. The bathroom is especially nice and open. The storage closet had plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, and extra bed sheets and blankets. Our deposit was reimbursed quickly and the whole rental experience was very nice! I highly recommend this condo!
St George, UT is great place to vacation with warm weather year round. St George is surrounded by beautiful red rock mountains that can be used for hiking, mountain biking and relaxing. Three Utah state parks in the area have fishing, boating and jet-skiing. Zions National Park is located 45 minutes from the condo. Of course golf, lots and lots of golf courses in the area. If you would rather be gambling Mesquite, NV is 30 minutes away. There is something for everyone to do in St George, UT.
