A quiet and nicely furnished apartment which can accommodate 1 to 4 persons. The apartment is located in the heart of Paris in the famous 6ème quarter.

It is 5 minutes walk from Luxembourg Garden or Saint Sulpice Church, 7 minutes from Saint Germain des Prés quarter and Montparnasse rail station.

Easy access to Roissy Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports by RER B, change at Chatelet/Les Halles for line 4 Direction Montrouge, the apartment is 2 minutes walk from the metro Saint Placide.

Convenience shops at 2 minutes : caterer, bakery,grocer's and greengrocer's store, cheese dairy, butcher, organic shops.

The flat has 2 rooms including:

Great Location, Excellent Budget Choice

My wife and I stayed in this 1 bedroom flat for 8 nights and found it very functional and comfortable. It would be an ideal choice for budget minded travelers looking to stay in the heart of the 6th. The flat is in the older section of a mixed-use complex consisting of apartments and offices around a courtyard, and has plenty of storage space in shelving and closets. If you are traveling for more than a week or two, or with a child, this can be very helpful. The flat consists of two rooms -- one, the combination living room/kitchen, and the other a bedroom with desk (complete with a nice office chair, Ethernet connection, and excellent wifi throughout the flat!). Bed was very comfortable and hot water plentiful. While not stylish, it has everything you need (stovetop espresso maker would be a nice addition to the kitchen) and we loved the location, with two metro lines (at St Placide and Rennes) a block away, and several more nearby. La Grand Epicerie is a short walk, Mamie Gateaux is a block away (our favorite lunch in Paris), and Luxembourg Gardens is only a short stroll. Owner Annie was very helpful and speaks English), including help we needed during the stay (even a doctor referral). If you are looking to stay in a real Parisian neighborhood which is central, need a little more room than the typical teeny Paris hotel room provides, or want to cook a meal or two rather than eat out the whole time, this is a very good value. Not sure about summer (don't know if there is a/c).

Good apartment in a great location

We stayed here for 4 nights in late August 2016 and loved the convenience of the apartment. It was centrally located with easy access to 2 separate metro lines, however, we walked most places. Eiffel tower was a 40 min walk, Louvre was 20 mins, as was Notre Dame. There were many cafes close by as well as the Grand Epicure ( kinda like a upscale version of Whole Foods if you can imagine). The owner Annie was amazing, she speaks english and helped us out a lot. The apartment is small with a room with a double bed and a pull out couch, but served our family of 4 well (11 and 13 yr old). It was excellent value for the cost. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect apartment centrally located

My husband and I stayed in this apartment for 8 nights in May. It was a perfect choice. I had searched the online listings for an apartment in Paris and was overwhelmed by all the options. We came up with our priorities.

1. find a centrally located apartment on the Left Bank, preferring Saint-Germain des Pres,

2. locate a place where we could walk to the beautiful Luxembourg Gardens

3. have a Metro within a block or two

4. it had to be quiet at night-no street noise, so we could rest for our long days walking around Paris.

5. We hoped to find a landlord who was accessible and fluent in English and French.

This apartment had all those features and more. It was very clean and a great small efficient kitchen where we found a complimentary bottle of wine. 2 or 3 days a week there is a traditional French market on the street nearby and we bought flowers, bread, chicken and rabbit to cook along with salad and vegetables one night. The Metro is steps away and it will efficiently whisk you to any location in the city. There are cafes, restaurants, patisseries, shops, Bon Marche, Montparnasse, great shopping all nearby. The beds are very comfortable and the bed linens are lovely. A stack of fresh towels awaited us. The unit has a washer dryer which came in very handy. There is a modern small elevator which is perfect for bringing you or your bags up to the unit. As both rooms of the apartment look out on courtyards, there is no street noise at night. Annie is a warm person with a ready smile. She let us check in early as our flight from the states arrived at 7 am. She was very helpful to us when a train strike affected our travels at the end of our Paris stay. She is a wonderful individual and we feel fortunate to have found her and her perfect Paris apartment. We plan to book this apartment again!

This is a wonderful location and holiday flat in Paris.

We stayed in this apartment for 5 days in April. It was wonderful and the owner Annie is the BEST.

It is in a perfect location near stores and cafes and the subway. The apartment has 2 very comfortable beds and is

clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom is also a great set up. With the shower and sink in one room and the toilet

in a separate room. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Paris. Thank you Annie for all your help

with our visit to Paris.

Great neighborhood, lovely hostess

This apartment is as advertised. The two rooms were clean and ready for us on arrival. The kitchen is well equipped. Annie was away when we arrived, but her daughter met us and provided a thorough introduction to the property. While the building elevator is small, it was perfectly adequate for our luggage (which is what we needed). It was great to have a washer and dryer available. The apartment is in a great location -- easy to walk to so many of the wonderful attractions Paris has to offer and close to a Metro stop. And, as usual in Paris, we never had a bad meal.

Annie has provided very helpful notes in the apartment, featuring recommendations for shopping, restaurants and how to deal with any emergencies. She is very considerate, and we were delighted to meet her when she returned from her trip.

I recommend this apartment. Good value in a great neighborhood.

Very clean and comfortable apartment

We had a wonderful stay at Annie's lovely apartment. The location is ideal, and we were able to walk from there to the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, and Notre Dame. There are a number of fine restaurants and cafes within a few blocks. Definitely would stay there again next time we visit Paris.
