About Bridget Dougherty

Bridget has owned this vintage Victorian building for 20 years. We like to travel and very much seek out and enjoy staying in furnished suites ourselves. That was our inspiration. We are a family of 5 who live in the neighborhood. We take a lot of pride in our business, in the building. We are available and happy to help make your stay a delight! We love Chicago, we want to share it, and we hope you will love Chicago too!

There are times we need to put a higher priority into guests checking in and staying with us compared with e-mails. Please be patient with us...It is top priority that guests feel comfortable and glad to be staying in our units.

As a small company, there is always a give-and-take with being on site as well as being at the computer. Still, we strive for good customer service all around. Again, our goal is for our guests to be delighted with their Chicago stay.

Why Bridget Dougherty chose Ranch Triangle

This property is a nice, vintage building that adds historical value to the neighborhood and to Halsted St. The transportation is terrific and easy for commuting! Neighbors are friendly. There is so much to do and this location is very centrally located in Chicago.

What makes this condo unique

The Victorian front, especially the stained glass windows got Bridget's immediate attention. There is a very warm feel on the property and the backyard is charming. It is also walking distance to TWO el lines! The Brown Line Armitage El stop and the Red Line North Ave. El stop are walking distance. All of the shops and restaurants on Armitage and Halsted are very convenient as well.

Perfect location for a perfect weekend!

  • 5 of 5

My family and I loved staying here! We were in Chicago for our daughter's wedding at Floating World Gallery, just across the street. Bridget was so helpful answering all our questions leading up to our stay. The location was perfect with shops and restaurants just steps away. Other destinations were just a quick Lyft ride away. We enjoyed the deck off the master bedroom for late night visits. The suite was nicely furnished with comfy beds and plenty of towels! We also had family staying in the suite below, which worked out so well for our weekend in the city! You won't be sorry staying here. Thanks, Bridget!

Was better than what the pictures show. Great experience and Great location.

  • 5 of 5

Was a beautiful and clean place. The beds were very comfortable. The 2nd and 3rd room are VERY small, but the closet size helps with that. (Not like you are in the bedroom much, except to sleep; so no issues there for sure) The only issues we had were that the Wi-Fi was terrible. So much so that it wouldn't even send a text/email. Tried restarting, but no help. Glad to unplug a bit anyway; we are on vacation! The other thing was the water pressure. I had a hard time rinsing my hair; otherwise, it was manageable even though it was very low. The owner was so kind and welcoming. The location is awesome and she has the sweetest neighbor! Felt very safe and is close to a lot of restaurants, etc. The bus stop is 1/2 block away and the L train station is only about 3 blocks. Convenient to everything. Thanks so much and if we return to Chicago, we would definitely book this place again.

Perfect Chicago Location

  • 5 of 5

We returned on Thursday from a 4 night stay at this Lincoln Park property and can't say enough great things about it. We had 3 adults and 3 kids under 12 years old and it was the perfect place for us to come back to after a full day of sightseeing. It's really comfortable, very clean and the perfect location. We parked on car on Halstad for our 5 days there and didn't have to move it once. We walked to both the red line and brown line on the CTA, to Lincoln Park and Oz Park and got wonderful take out at the restaurants on Halsted. We hope to return to Chicago soon and will try to plan a trip around availability of this place.

A wonderful stay

  • 4 of 5

The condo is very clean. There were plenty of towels and kitchen utensils. The neighborhood is very clean and very busy with many people walking. There were many with small children in strollers, bicyclists and in the evening the sidewalks were still very busy. There is a wide variety of restaurants and small stores. We had one minor problem with a lock which was very quickly resolved by Bridget. The buses and trains are close and easier to use. We parked our cars and used only public transportation for our stay.
