Victorian 1500 sq ft. beautiful unit is in the heart of Lincoln Park. Live like a Chicago local in our home. There is a TV in the first bathroom as well as in all three bedrooms. High quality mattresses are the same used in higher end hotels (i.e. Westin). The living room HD TV is 42 inches. HBO included,WIFI too. The kitchen has granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Natural stone covers the first bathroom floor and bathtub surround. White marble covers the bathroom floor and shower in the second bathroom. The second bathroom is in the master bedroom. A washer and dryer is in the suite. Our place has central air conditioning, heating and a central humidifier. Green and energy saving items are used throughout. The back deck overlooks the back yard. The back area is a charming retreat with local plants and a gas grill. It is a respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. Garage parking is available. Shopping and restaurants are bountiful, steps from the front door. Nationally acclaimed theaters are 2 blocks. Professional sports teams are close. Too much to list.

Can't Beat The Location!: Our address in Lincoln Park is one of the most desirable locations in the City of Chicago! Be prepared to be thrilled by Lincoln Park’s restaurant offerings. Within 2 blocks of Halsted Suites are 2 of the nation’s most famous and top ranked restaurants and chefs: Charlie Trotter’s Restaurant and Alinea. The Steppenwolf and the Royal George Theaters are walking distance at just 2 blocks from Halsted Suites. Second City is just under a mile and most Chicagoans call that walking distance. The Greenhouse, Victory Gardens, and Apollo theaters are just over ½ a mile from Halsted Suites. Shopping is fun and special in our unique boutiques and upscale stores you recognize. We are close to Magnificent Mile, 2.2 miles, with all the fantastic Michigan Avenue shopping. The location is central to public transportation, major expressways, and both Chicago airports. We are 15.7 miles to O'Hare Airport and 13.7 miles to Midway Airport. Public transportation is plentiful and walking distance.

Bridget has owned this vintage Victorian building for 20 years. We like to travel and very much seek out and enjoy staying in furnished suites ourselves. That was our inspiration. We are a family of 5 who live in the neighborhood. We take a lot of pride in our business, in the building. We are available and happy to help make your stay a delight! There are times we need to put a higher priority into guests checking in and staying with us compared with e-mails. Please be patient with us...It is top priority that guests feel comfortable and glad to be staying in our units.
As a small company, there is always a give-and-take with being on site as well as being at the computer. Still, we strive for good customer service all around. Again, our goal is for our guests to be delighted with their Chicago stay.
This property is a nice, vintage building that adds historical value to the neighborhood and to Halsted St. The transportation is terrific and easy for commuting! Neighbors are friendly. There is so much to do and this location is very centrally located in Chicago.
The Victorian front, especially the stained glass windows got Bridget's immediate attention. There is a very warm feel on the property and the backyard is charming. It is also walking distance to TWO el lines! The Brown Line Armitage El stop and the Red Line North Ave. El stop are walking distance. All of the shops and restaurants on Armitage and Halsted are very convenient as well.
The location of this home is wonderful. Easy transit anywhere. Great places to eat within walking distance. The home was clean and nicely furnished. We had 6 adults for a long weekend and had a great time. The owners had great communication and Jeff could not have been nicer. We would definitely rent again.
Overall this property was great! I live in Chicago and needed a place for my family to stay when they came for a long weekend. The apartment is nice and the location is amazing. Within a 5 minute walk are 3 of my favorite restaurants in Chicago and just around the corner is great shopping. Two of the bedrooms are really small, but it's a bed so not that big of a deal. Bridget was very sweet, but we did have a few minor complaints. There was only one key which we made work, but if the group split up at all it made things very hard. We also only had 2 rolls of TP for all of us and so we ended up buying more because, well, TP is a necessity. Also, because of a family emergency the house wasn't cleaned when we got there, which was fine, but it took a few hours for them to clean it and we didn't know where to go so it was a little awkward. All in all though, this was a great place to stay. HIGHLY recommend for the location.
My husband, two children, and I just returned from Chicago. We are so lucky to have found this gem of a property. There's a huge kitchen and living area. Lots of room to spread out. One of the 2 bathrooms is a bit tight, but it is clean and functional. We will definitely look into staying here again on future visits. Thank you Bridget!
We had 6 girls in for a low key bachelorette weekend getaway. The space was PERFECT for us. We decided to stay in one night and cook, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we might need. The place was clean, organized, and exactly as described in the booking. The space was easy to get to and convenient for eating and grabbing drinks. Lots of places within walking distance. I had read in previous reviews that parking was an issue. There was maybe only one instance where I had to circle the block to find a space for our Yukon (SUV). The door was a little tough to open on the first try, but once we got the swing of it, we had no issues. Thanks so much for the hospitality!!

Awesome property and location! Bridget greeted us and made sure everything was perfect for us. Place was immaculate! Within walking distance of restaurants and lake. I will be coming back many times! This location will exceed your expectations!
We are walking distance to DePaul University as well as North Avenue Beach. Lincoln Park Zoo is also an easy walk. Close to Oz Park, The Tot Park on Halsted St. and Wisconsin Ave., and Adams Playlot. There is a lot of shopping steps outside our door. You can shop at places such as Lori's Shoes, Art Effect, Sonador, Giggle, The Blue Jeans Bar, Kiehl's, Lululemon, Title Nine, The Green Goddess, and many other shops. Great restaurants just out the door like Alinea, Pasta Palazzo, Tratoria Gianni, Interurban, Chez Moi, Tarantino's, Athenian Room, Ja' Grill, Chicago Bagel Authority, The Taco Joint, Nookies, and more. We are also walking distance to The Steppenwolf Theater, The Royal George Theater, and Second City.
