Imagine waking up every morning to the sun rising over the Atlantic Ocean. That's what you will experience with this beautifully furnished three bedroom condo right on the ocean at Oceanside Marina. With direct views of the ocean from the living room, master bedroom and of course, your private balcony, you will never want to leave this quiet and peaceful enclave. There are touches of tropical whimsy everywhere, a constant reminder that you have arrived in America's Paradise.
As the closest port to Atlantic access in Key West, and the nearest Seaport to Havana in the United States, Oceanside Marina is tucked away on Stock Island’s secluded west end, just minutes from downtown Key West, and is the area’s largest, full-service, deep water marina.
Enjoy world-class fishing with one of our experienced captains at the marina or fish from your own boat. Slips are available directly in front of the residences for vessels up to 80 feet in length.
The condo was beautifully decorated, spacious, very clean and quiet. Great view. Janet has furnished this condo with all the amentities one would want, from bedding, towels, kitchen ware. You name it, it is probably there. We had the use of the pool ourselves on quite a few occations.
We did rent a car so going to town was a breeze.
We had a wonderful time. We would recommend this unit to anyone interested
The condos at Oceanside Marina are a great place to bring your family on a vacation. The location is perfect because it is really close to all the bars and restaurants of Key West, but Stock Island is a very quiet place and has an old Key West feel. There are two great restaurants close to the unit - Hogfish Grill and Roostica pizza. A cab ride to or from downtown Key West is only $25. The view from the balcony of the unit is absolutely stunning. My four-year-old son was along on the trip, and he spent most of his time playing on the porch or watching the giant iguanas frolic beside the water. The layout of the unit was designed well; it is very spacious, and our family didn't feel crowded. The owner obviously spent a lot of time and money decorating the condo. The fully-equipped kitchen was also a plus. Our trip was in March during Spring Break, but the swimming pool was always quiet. Most of the time we shared the pool with a great mix of fun Snow Birds. The owner of the property is really easy to work with, and the price is fantastic compared to properties in downtown Key West that don't have half of these amenities.
There were 6 of us on this lobster hunting week. The accomodations were just as described, if not nicer. This property was close to Key West and shopping without being in the middle of it all. Very quiet and serene place.
On the one day we didn't take out boat out we fished off the dock and there were all kinds of fish there. After catching a bait fish we cast our line out towards the channel and caught a bonnet head shark. He was definitely fun to catch and I was relieved when I didn't have to bring him on the dock to remove the hook!
We will definitely be back next year, only a bit earlier.
We were four guys in Key West for a few days of flyfishing. This location was very convenient to the guides' marina. Because we had a car, it was easy to get into Key West proper.
The condo itself was great - large and roomy, well appointed, perfectly clean with a large balcony.
The owner was quick to respond to all inquiries and easy to deal with.
Thick fluffy towels.
Better than we could have expected. This condo is spotless and well stocked with anything you could possibly need or want...Janet has thought of everything! The condo had more than enough room to accomodate our group of 4 with room to spare. We had breakfast on the patio every morning watching the sunrise. Janet and her past guests made excellent restaurant suggestions. The condo is very accessible but off the beaten path, so very quiet. It was also nice to have a covered parking space.
We were lucky enought to see a family of manatees in the marina one afternoon.
Janet was very quick to answer any questions I had...a superb hostess!
Caroline's on Duval was one of our favorite restaurants. After a day of deep sea fishing with Captain Jason on the Booya, we brought our catch to Hogfish and they cooked it there for us for a nominal fee as we listened to a local band.
We had beautiful weather with exception of one overcast drizzly day, but still a more than perfect vacation. We hope to be back very soon!!!
cycling, deepsea fishing, paragliding
