Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
This house was perfect for me and my friends for a spring break ski trip! We enjoyed skiing at Copper Mountain which is only 30 minutes away (and the cheapest place to ski) and coming home to soak in the hot tub. The location was great, there are several hiking trails in the area, Wal-Mart was right across the street, and there were good restaurants and night life in Vail Village which was about 15 minutes away. Everything in the house was new and updated, beds were clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was perfect for cooking large group meals. I would live to come back and stay in this house again!
Perfect home and perfect layout for my family if 6 plus a nanny! Gorgeous kitchen. Great location
We stayed at this property for a long weekend. We had 12 guests and were there for 4 nights. We absolutely loved that the sleeping spaces were on the bottom and top floors, and separated by the living room. The hot tub, kitchen, large dining table, and multiple bathrooms were huge pluses for our large group. The check in and check out process was seamless, and there are lots of amenities nearby that made our stay even more comfortable (grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, coffee shops, etc.).
We really enjoyed our stay at the riverfront home in Eagle-Vail. We had a large group in town to for a wedding in Vail Village, and the space was perfect. There was plenty of room for our group to spread out between the three-levels, we enjoyed many soaks in the hot tub, cooked meals, and had easy access to Vail Village. We had most of the amenities we needed - but would have appreciated some extra paper towels, toilet paper, and garbage bags, etc. Many of these items we had to purchase upon arrival, which has not been the case at other rental properties we have stayed at.
This home was so cozy and yet elegant and very well furnished. Due to the massive snow we could not enjoy the deck but we did enjoy the hot tub. Steve was extremely helpful to us when we checked in and very accommodating.
The kitchen was well stocked and the bedding very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.
