Welcome to our recently upgraded and fashionably furnished home that is just a few minutes walk from the Resorts Pool and Spa complex.

This home "The San Francisco Suite" is themed with photos of the general "Cisco" area and it's famous landmarks. The unit has been fully modernised and maintained since purchase to provide a bright, spacious and relaxingly fashionable place for a family or group of friends to stay. While at the same time providing just about everything you would expect from a resort vacation home.

The 1st floor has one Master bedroom suite with King size bed, New Luxury bedding, hypo allergenic pillows and mattress protectors to ensure a comfortable and relaxed nights rest. All bedrooms have New Carpets, walk in closets, Modern furniture, Reading lamps, New Ceiling fans and Wall Mounted 32" HD TV's with film and programme packages that will suit every taste. The Marble tiled Ensuite Bathroom has New modern sinks, Mirrored cabinets and sanitary ware with a large Shower room and Screen.

The two additional Bedrooms on the first floor have twin beds in each room and the front twin has the Playstation 3. They both share a Spacious Marble tiled Bathroom with New modern sinks, Mirrored cabinets and sanitary ware that create a Cool Italian feel in the large over bath shower room created.

The ground floor Front Bedroom suite has a King bed, New reversible Luxury bedding, hypo allergenic pillows and mattress protectors again to ensure a comfortable and relaxed nights rest. It has Wood Flooring with rugs, a large walk in closet, Modern furniture, bedside lamps, New Ceiling fans and Wall

We were looking to buy at a vacation resort in the greater Orlando area that had great facilities and a good location for the airports and other activities that most guests would want to visit

The Regal Palms Resort ticked every box. Close to Orlando and Tampa's International airports, 8 miles from Disney and close to most of the major theme parks and attractions. Plus it has a Golf Course across the street and 6 or 7 more within a 5 mile radius from the resort and a shopping center within easy walking distance.

We are happy in our choice and feel the Resort and our upgraded property both offer great facilities to be shared with our guests.

Dream holiday

The key to good holiday for us is comfort, location and convenience. Marks beautiful property fulfilled all the above and more. It is located in a gated community, genuinely only 15 minutes from Disney which was perfect for us with 2 kids who wanted to visit the parks and water parks. In addition to this, it is also conveniently close to a huge variety of restaurants both locally (within 5 minutes drive) or on the way to Disney, from Steak Houses to wonderful crab and pizza outlets. Indeed, there are also a handful of restaurants that you could also walk too just up the road. If we decided not to go out, the supermarket, again, walkable, was perfect as it had everything we needed.

The property itself is an end of terrace town house and was immaculately clean and tidy and had everything you would expect to find. Indeed, it was a home from home for us. It was also fantastic for us as the kids could have a bedroom each and we could relax downstairs in the evenings. Clean, air conditioned, beautifully furnished, all mod cons within. I would not look at booking a hotel again as this was so much more convenient.

The house, as part of the gated community, also has the added benefit of an on site pool/water slide/lazy river which the kids loved after a busy morning in the parks and it did not get particularly busy.

We had a fantastic time and will without doubt be returning. All I can hope is that the property is free!

Great modern stay!

The condominium was exactly how it was described. spacious, clean and modern. Most floors were wood/tile and furniture was leather which made it clean and sanitary. The location within the development was great and the instructions for arrival, etc. were very self explanatory. I would recommend this!!!

decent unit but an unresponsive owner

Our family of 6 adults and 3 children rented this unit for 6 nights. Overall it was a decent unit but the problems were not properly addressed by the management company nor the owner. The biggest problem was that the dishwasher was not working and a lot of hours were spent hand washing and drying dishes for 9 people.The management company did not have the information on file about the extended warranty so it was not even looked at while we were there. I asked the owner for a reasonable refund due to this problem and he never even acknowledged this request. The smaller issues were: a towel rod pulled out of the tile: slow draining of the showers; burn out light bulb; and a bad shower head.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your comments, I have now obtained the full facts as follows. After business hours on Wednesday you told our property managers of a problem with the dishwasher and a light bulb that was burnt out. The next day a maintenance man called, he quickly realised that an approved technician would be needed to assess the dishwasher fault and told your son he would arrange it. A new bulb was not needed for the bedside lamp it just needed the wall switch on to light, the towel rail was refitted and no problems were detected with the shower drainage. Your son said he knew nothing about a shower head problem? On Friday morning at 8am you emailed to inform me of the problem before the property managers office opened. The closing comments of your email were to request how much compensation you were to be paid and although a 15% discount had already been given, you asked that a sum equal to a further 15% should be repaid to you. I replied to your email within 25 mins. and explained the dishwasher had an extended warranty and said I would try to get an approved repairer out to look at it as soon as possible. Within the hour I had arranged for the property managers to visit again and had also contacted the approved repairs to get the earliest date to visit. At 10.42 am I received an email back from you thanking me for my quick response ! By 4pm on Friday I was informed by the approved repairers that they did not make weekend calls and the earliest date to inspect would be after you had checked out on Monday. They also told me that unless an approved repairer carried out the repairs it would invalidate the warranty. With regret I immediately informed you by email on the position. I received no other emails from you until the day after you arrived home when I was emailed a list of suggestions for the property manager and myself. The email again concluding with a request for a refund via Pay Pal or check for the inconvenience of a non-functioning dishwasher. Approved repairers have since inspected the dishwasher and could find no fault in its operation, however it would not start the programme selected with the low emperature setting that had been made! In summary it would appear that although you had an extremely quick response (acknowledged by yourself), as we were unable to get approved repairers to attend to an operator error quickly enough or agree to compensate you financially, you would discredit our property managers and us as unresponsive owners.

Feels like home!!

We recently stayed at this property for a quick family weekend. This home was comfortable with a modern feel. Everything was clean and in place. There were 6 girls total and we had more than enough space. I would suggest this property for any family type. Each room has a flat screen tv including the kitchen. All appliances worked well, especially the washer and dryer which was very much appreciated. Very comfortable beds and couches, with extra pillows in the closet. There is also a welcome book awaiting just in case you need further instructions or help. The pool area is great with a personable staff. We didn't make it to the parks this time, but they are not far if you want to go. This is definitely where you want to stay.

We are back

We are hear for the second time and its as though we haven't been away. Its a great house in a great location furnished with impeccable taste and every thing you could ever need. the onsite pool is fab and we really enjoyed the nearby golf course which was in good condition with friendly staff and members. There are some nice resultant's nearby and also shopping.

We will be back next year.

Full access to the Resort pool complex that has two pools, a water slide, lazy river, hot tub, kiddies pool area, playground, beach volleyball court, outdoor pool table adjacent to a new Tiki Hut stool bar across from the stage that has a daily DJ and Movie nights. The resort also boasts a seperate Health and Beauty Spa that provides massage and treatments as well as a well equiped gym/fitness center with steam, sauna and sink pool. Plenty of things going on for the kids including makeovers, hair braiding, onsite games and activities as well as a fully appointed games room with ice hockey ,pinball and all the usual arcade games. The clubhouse has an indoor bar and offers both restaurant and outdoor terrace dining as well as room service. There is a seperate conference center with a bar and a dedicated computer room with printers and WiFi in the clubhouse restaurant areas. The resort is within walking distance of shops, bars, Publix, CVS, Banks, Fuel restaurants and a fish & chip shop!
