Seaside villa with: living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 2 shower rooms

New house, modern style, direct car access, shared parking with the other rental (La Chaucrine, ref. Abritel 640420). Located at the end of dead end La Pentie, a trailhead falls into the sea. The wooden gate on the left gives access to the property. When entering, the lava gravel path leads to the terrace. Then, you enter the open-plan kitchen. There also is a living room, garden furniture, and a barbecue. Overlooking the ocean and the densely vegetated state-owned reserve. Vegetable garden, hedges, flowers. Equipped open-plan kitchen, a living room, 2 TVs, internet, a buffet, a table for 6 people, and a sofa bed. Fitted kitchen with a fridge, a freezer an electric hob, an oven, a microwave, a dish washer, a washing machine, and kitchen accessories. At the rear, there is a bedroom with a TV, a 160-cm bed, a toilet, and a bathroom. Stais give access to the basement, which offers a toilet, a 160-cm bed and two 90-cm trundle beds, a wardrobe, a shower room, and a separate toilet. Sliding bay windows open onto the pool area.

Schönes Haus, sehr netter Vermieter

Das Haus liegt ca. 150 m vom Strand entfernt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse. Sowohl die Aufteilung der Räume als auch die Ausstattung inkl. Swimmingpool sind sehr gut und lassen nur sehr wenig Wünsche offen. Hervorzuheben ist der nette Vermieter, der sich nicht nur regelmässig sehen lässt,sondern sogar zu einem für die Region typischen Muschelgericht eingeladen gut und uns mehrfach mit frischem Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten versorgt hat.

Inselferien vom Feinsten

Absolut ruhig gelegen, in wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand.

Die Wohnung ist in sehr gutem Zustand, es ist alles vorhanden, gute Geräte in der Küche.

Was fehlte ist ein kleiner Salontisch, wir mussten einen Stuhl nehmen.

Herr Pitault ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Ich kann das Domizil mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen.

Es war richtig Klasse

Das Haus und sein Besitzer sind einfach Klasse. Das Haus hielt was es versprach, sauber, gepflegt und geräumig. Alles vorhanden, und wenn etwas gefehlt hätte, der Besitzer hätte es gleich zur Hand gehabt. Der Empfang wurde gleich mit 2 Flaschen Wein für den Abend eingeleitet. Der Hausherr zeigte uns die Räumlichkeiten und auch die Poolanlage mit Sonnenliegen usw. Des weiteren gab er uns Tips für den Aufenthalt. Auch war er täglich unser Ansprechpartner für unsere Fragen.

So sollte eine Unterkunft sein!!!!!!!!

Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Prestation haut de gamme

Emplacement unique, accueil parfait, équipement complet, tout pour passer d'excellente vacances. Maison refaite à neuf, très propre et fonctionnelle. Le propriétaire aime son ile et nous a laissé de bons conseils. Le village de chaucre est dépaysant, profiter du jour où le four à pains ! À recommander sans hésiter.
