Our spacious and beautiful mountain-style town home is situated at the base of The Canyons Ski Resort within walking distance of the Cabriolet lift (open air gondola only a 5 to 10 minute walk away) with direct access to both Canyons and Park City Mountain Ski Resorts. Timber Wolf Lodges are conveniently located: at world class Canyons Ski Resort, 3 miles from downtown Park City and Kimball Junction, 2.5 miles from Park City Mountain Resort and 5 miles from Deer Valley Resort.

This unit is extremely spacious (1,750 sq. ft.), with large living areas, 9 foot and cathedral ceilings, mountain views from all sides plus large second floor deck. Large living room, dining area, fully-equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, full-size washer/dryer and half bath on first floor. Master suite, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms with sleeping lofts plus 2 baths on second floor.

If you don't feel like walking to the Cabiolet lift, you can drive your car (less than a minute) and park at the free parking lot next to the Cabriolet lift. There is also a convenient bus, just around the corner which can take you to downtown Park City or Kimball Junction.

Fantastic, cabin-style aspen log decor with 1 master suite and 2 other nice sized bedrooms upstairs. Each guest room has a queen-sized bed plus full-sized loft bed. Spacious great room with lots of seating on luxury leather couches and chairs and 55" flat screen TV. Beautiful river rock fireplace, dining area with seating for 8, and spacious kitchen with granite counter tops, new stainless appliances and breakfast bar with seating for 5. First floor also has a half bath, comfy leather sleeper sofa (with luxury remote-control air mattress), plus washer and dryer.

The townhouse comes with underground parking for one car. There is also a parking area right next to the building for guests and other cars.

We have recently updated our property, so it is in excellent condition. Timber Wolf Lodge is one of the most charming ski properties we have ever seen. We love the convenience of being able to walk to the lift, but love the quiet location at the base of the resort. We have added full-sized aspen loft beds in both of the guest bedrooms to allow for more guests to have their own beds.

The PERFECT Park City home away from home..

We stayed at Jeanne's beautiful condo for a month this past summer while we were looking to buy a place in Park City. It could not have worked out better for us.

Firstly, Jeanne is absolutely corrected in saying it's "your home away from home". She literally has EVERYTHING at your disposal. For instance, need a cheese grater for your pasta dinner? She's got you covered! A seriously amazing kitchen for those that love to cook.

Secondly, the condo itself is very large, clean and artfully decorated in a mountain lodge style. It's so ridiculously cozy. Providing a quintessential "Park City" experience.

Thirdly, Jeanne (who owns and rents the condo) is probably the most responsive, honest and helpful owner I have ever had on any renting site (VRBO, airbnb etc.). Which is invaluable for those odd needs that inevitably come up. She is so unbelievably accommodating.

Fourthly, location, location location! The Timberwolk condo park is a quiet and ideal spot for skiing in the Canyons. It's also super convenient to anywhere else if you have a car. And if you don't have a car, you can uber to most places in park city for $10-15.

The only word of warning I would have for future guests, is to be mindful that there is only one full bathroom for all three bedrooms. And it's within the master bedroom. This did not impact us in the slightest, but for larger groups, it's something to keep in mind.

But besides that, book without reservation! You won't be disappointed!

Owner's Response: Thanks for the lovely review. There was one little error, though, as there are 2-1/2 bathrooms, not just one full bathroom. The two full baths both have tubs and showers with the master bath having 2 showers and double sinks in the vanity. We are so glad you enjoyed staying at our "home away from home".

Nice home, convenient location

The two-level condo was very clean and comfortable. Convenient location and a longish walk to Canyons -- we opted to drive there but you don't have to. One of the guests left his wedding band and the owner notified us right away and mailed it to us. Thank you! It was nice to experience Utah powder, which is not at all like CA Tahoe snow. Kids loved it.

Great vacation home, very nice owner

The property was up to date and very clean. It has a very convenient location for skiing Canyons or PatkCity and is very close to nearby dining. The owner was very prompt in her responses and very accommodating for our schedule. I brought my two teenage sons and one of their friends and we had more than enough room. Would rent again and recommend to my friends.

Roomy, clean, comfortable

We enjoyed our 4 night stay here with the family. The cabin was so spacious yet cozy. It was extremely comfortable and full of amenities. It had everything we needed. The kitchen was enormous and perfect for our early Christmas dinner with the family. It was very close to cabriolet lift that took us up to the gondolas at canyon. Definitely hope to come back again!

What a great property. This was our first time to Park City / Canyon and this VRBO did not disappoint. The home was clean, comfortable and very well cared for by the owner. I would recommend this property to anyone.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Timber Wolf Lodges. The condo was very comfortable and well decorated and had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. The location is also very convenient -- right next to the Canyons but also close to supermarkets and downtown Park City. All and all, a very comfortable and cozy home!

The Canyons
Car: not necessary

Walk to lift with direct access to Canyons and Park City Ski Resort. 3 miles to downtown Park City with free bus service next Timber Wolf Lodges complex. 5 miles to Deer Valley and 3 miles to Kimball Junction.

Other Activities: There is so much to do in the Park City area including: world class snow skiing in any of the three local resorts (The Canyons, Park City Mountain Resort, and Deer Valley). Park City and Canyons have now been combined, so you can ski both resorts on a single pass.

Golf: The Park City area has a wide variety of golf courses from municipal courses to country club courses. Park City Mountain Resort offers fun recreational activities from the alpine coaster (a high speed bobsled type roller coaster) and alpine slide as well as an exciting zip line. The Olympic Village area offers demonstrations by olympic hopefuls as well as as high-speed bobsled. The historic downtown Park City area has loads of world-class restaurants including Zoom, Chamayo and Whaso as well as family-style eateries including Bandits Bar and Grill, Red Banjo Pizza, and The Eating Establishment.

Ski: The Canyons Ski Resort offers over 6,000 skiable acres for every type of skier or snowboarder, from beginner to expert. The High Meadow area caters to beginners, and the 9990 lift is geared to more advanced or adverturous skiers/snowboarders. There are loads of intermediate runs, from long, easy runs like Boa and Harmony to more more challenging runs like Echo and Upper/Lower Crowning Glory. Harmony is especially scenic as it weaves through The Colony, a beautiful community ski homes, going over and under bridges with panormic views of Wasatch mountain range.
