Active owners & guests love the abundant & nicely landscaped grounds & the state of the art fitness center overlooking the large swimming pool with a separate Jacuzzi area.

The 2nd level loft area boasts a contemporary sitting room, which can be converted to the 3rd bedroom by night with a comfortable sofa-bed. For you workaholics, there’s even an office that can be used as a small private bedroom, also equipped with a sofa-sleeper. You’ll love the huge, modern, coral tiled bathroom. My guess is you’ll find yourself hanging out on the magnificent & abundant private terrace quite a bit; perfect for entertaining with a stainless grill, lounge chairs and outdoor patio table and chairs.
Great Location!: Location is perfect with 4 nearby beach-bar-restaurant accesses all within a 7-15 minute walk from the condo, and just a 4 minute walk to the El Dorado Shopping Plaza where you’ll find a grocery store, 4 restaurants, a sports bar w/ billiard table, a bakery, & more shops. Other plazas nearby collectively offer even more dining options, spas, casinos, cash exchange, ATM, & car/ scooter/ cell phone rentals.
Only a 5 minute drive to other amenities like 30+ other restaurants, nightclubs, casinos, golf courses, & the Palma Real Mall; home of the Hard Rock Cafe Punta Cana, Tony Romas, a movie theatre, Intl. brand name stores, wine-tapas, sushi, pizza, & tons more!

When traveling abroad, it is reassuring to know a physical person is available to assist with any questions or concerns you may have, before, during, and after your stay.
The place is way more aged than the pictures show. Pots and pans all need replacing. Couch is torn to shreds. TV speakers didn't work. Towel racks are all rusty. Patio and balcony furniture are cheap. Pool turned green for 2 days. Unit belong had a gas leak and fire. Staff in daytime duty was very friendly. Other guests were friendly. Exterior grounds well maintained. Town is nearby as well as beach.
My husband and I along with another couple stayed at the condo Jan31-Feb14. It is very spacious , more room than what we needed. And very clean.the whole complex is very well maintained,the pool was cleaned daily.
There is a nice collection of games and reading material that we did enjoy. The roof terrace was my favorite place to enjoy coffee in the mornings . In the condo you pay extra for the electricity which for us was $40/ week. We used the bedroom air conditioners at night only, otherwise we had a nice breeze from the windows being open.
We bought most of our liquor and mix from universal it is a discount place which is one the way to the beach .They have the best prices and they deliver but usually 11/2- 2 hours after they say but we caught on quick to that.
We mostly ate in BBQing meals and enjoying all the fresh produce we purchased at the fresh markets. We did eat out at the Cuban Cuisine which I would not recommend as portions are small and a bit pricey.We also tried pizza at Danny's sports bar which was alright Thursdays is ladies night so after 9 pm you buy a drink and get one free. Our favourite place to eat was hidden in a little spot by stanza mare called Balicana which is Asian food . I highly recommend big portions good prices and beautiful area,taxes are included in the prices which is really nice as most eating places charge an extra 18% government tax.
We went on a Soana island excursion with about 15 other people from cortesea and others from a nearby complex. It is well worth it the island is unbelievably beautiful and the meal they served was delicious. We all got together the next week for an appetizer happy hour at one of the tenants condo terrace.We met a lot of very nice people at the complex renters and owners.
The beach had a lot of sea weed when we first arrived but got better as the days went on.We went to the beach almost every day, some places you can rent a chair for the day for 100 pesos and some if you buy a drink you can have the chairs for the day no cost.
Todd and Gregory were so helpful Todd was always very quick to answer my emails and answer my questions. Gregory thanks for letting us stay a couple hours longer when our plane was delayed to leave it was much appreciated. I would defiantly recommend this condo and already have to anyone wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of all inclusive resorts.Thanks Karey and Daryl for all your helpful tips before we arrived and sharing your condo with us .
Die Ferienwohnung sowie die Außenanlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Matratzen der großen Betten sind neu und superbequem. Ansonsten entspricht die Ausstattung der Beschreibung. Der Pool wird täglich gereinigt. Todd, der Vermieter war für uns per eMail immer erreichbar und Fragen, auch im Vorfeld, wurden von ihm superschnell beantwortet. Dickes Dankeschön an Todd und Gregory; es hat alles super geklappt. Der Strand - Cortecito oder Los Corales war zu Fuß in knapp 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Apotheke und einige Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe. Wer der Landessprache beherrscht und über die Möglichkeit zu telefonieren verfügt, kann auch telefonisch in einem Mini-Market Getränke und weitere Kleinigkeiten bestellen. Größere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich im Einkaufscenter Palma Real oder San Juan. Die Fahrt mit dem Bus kostet 30 Pesos zum Palma Real. Mit dem Motoconcho 50-100 Pesos. Weiterer etwas günstigerer Supermarkt Iberia befindet sich in der Nähe des Plaza Friusa. Hier sind wir mit dem Auto gefahren, so dass ich über Fahrpreise keine Angaben machen kann.
Wo man auf alle Fälle einmal gegrillte Hähnchen essen sollte, ist am Plaza Brisas im "Solo Pollo". Für uns seit Jahren die besten Grillhähnchen!!!! Ich kenne das Restaurant schon seit Eröffnung vor sicherlich 15 Jahren, zunächst als Imbiss, nun etwas größer, aber wir, mittlerweile auch meine Kinder, lieben es dort Hähnchen zu essen.
Auf jeden Fall werden wir wiederkommen und ich kann die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

El Cortecito & Los Corales are directly next to each other. They are both considered the safe & friendly tourist / expat towns of Punta Cana. This is the area where several beach accesses, shopping, groceries, numerous dining options and activities are located all within a safe 5-15 minute walk. Please Note: If you are flying into Santo Domingo, it is a 4 hour drive to Punta Cana & Punta Cana does not have any official addresses. It is recommended to fly directly into Punta Cana Intl. Airport & prearrange with us transportation with an English speaking driver who knows the area well. Most Taxi drivers only know where the resorts are & not the names of condo communities or Plazas.
