Very nice apartment, walking distance to festivals, restaurants, historical sites. Very pleased and would go again. Easy drive to other towns & villages, mountains, the Mediterranean beaches.
Very comfortable with all the necessary amenities .
Owners were very welcoming and helpful. On arrival we received bowl of fruit ,bread, ham, cheeses and flowers which was a lovely gesture. We would recommend this property to others and would consider using the property again.
We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay in our cozy 2 bedroom apartment so close to our family and friends. We also enjoyed meeting Tony's parents Roger and Angela who were wonderful and helpful. It was really nice to find flowers, food and wine waiting for us! Thank you for a great vacation in Italy!!!!
I spent two weeks in the apartment, wanting to get an idea of what it would be like to live in an Italian hill village. Atina captured my heart! The neighbours were very helpful and the people of the town were so welcoming. And, yes, I too fell for Massimo's pasta! The apartment was huge, warm, very clean and just exactly as it appears on the website. The fridge was full of cheeses, wine, bread, fruit, etc. everything I needed for the first couple of days. Tony's parents Roger and Angela were on standby to help - kindness itself.
I could spend the rest of my life sitting outside the bar to the left of the main town gate, drinking coffee and looking out over Piazza Garibaldi.
This is a very safe choice for single women travellers.
The village of Atina lived up to our expectations, a beautiful mountain village, even in winter. The owners Roger and Angela went out of their way to make us comfortable, from supplies in the fridge and cupboard, flowers on arrival and sorting out any little issues. We much appreciated their efforts booking the restaurant Massimos for New Years Eve, one of the highlights of our holiday. We started eating at 7.30 and finished with fireworks at midnight. Apartment was very clean and tidy and well located. Our hire car was essential so we could explore the surrounding country side. Note some of the small roads need a steady nerve. We would definitely recommend this apartment, in fact, have already done so to our family in England.
The four of us had a great 3 days in Atina. Our main reason for coming was to check out the Abbey at Monte Cassino and the Commonwealth War Graves in Cassino. Atina was just a 20-30 minute drive away. What a great location. Pretty village with astounding views. The apartment was everything that was advertised. Well appointed and clean and comfortable. Everything worked. I would recommend the apartment for anyone looking to stay here. We would all stay here again.
