This fully equipped two bedroom apartment is situated in the heart of the Costa Blanca.

Casa Tivoli comprises 2 airy bedrooms, one twin and one double with an adjoining bathroom with bath and shower, toilet and bidet.

Well furnished living/dining room ,including a CD/Radio, DVD and TV box with complete English programming. NOW WITH FREE WI-FI for internet connectivity. Fully equipped kitchen, including oven & hob, microwave, frost free fridge freezer and washing machine, leading to outside utility area with sink, hot water heater and clothes line. To the front is a large patio and raised terrace, overlooking two large communal pools including a child’s pool. Large seating area and tennis courts are close by.

Los Arenales, Carabasi Beach, nature reserve with barbeque areas and salt lake are only a short walk away.

There are shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants within walking distance, and the city of Alicante, with many large shops and malls, is only a short taxi/bus ride away.

2 large ceiling fanlights fitted in the main living room. Hand & tea towels are provided but guests should bring their own bath towels. Tennis racquets and balls provided,. Childrens games including playing cards and board games available. Beach mats and picnic set available for beach use. A variety of CDs and DVDs are available for guests use.

Lovely complex & pools

We are a family of 6 (with 3 children aged 5, 7 & 11) and stayed at the apartment for one week in late June. The apartment itself was very equipped and clean, while the extra sofabed was comfortable. We found the ample outdoor space accomodated 6 of us easily. Best of all, the apartment was about 10 paces to the lovely pools which were extremely well kept with a friendly lifeguard. The gardens were beautifully maintained. The complex was very well located for the airport, beach and local amenities. We would happily stay here again. NB We found the owner and the local contact/keyholder very helpful especially when one of our party became seriously ill she went out of her way to help with doctor & hospital visits.

Comfortable, quiet and clean.

A few friends and myself go to Alicante every year to enjoy a little late sun and some glorious golf courses. What we require is a clean and comfortable base within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the beach. 'Tivoli' ticks all the boxes. The complex is large enough to enjoy two large communal pools but small enough for them not to be crowded. The other apartments on the complex are well looked after with many beautiful flowers and trees.

There is a large lounge/dining area and a kitchen equipped with everything that you could ask for. Two good sized bedrooms separated by a family bathroom with, bidet, bath and shower. Great water pressure in the shower, not always present in holiday apartments! Sitting outside in the morning with a nice cuppa is a pleasure, whilst a small area next to the entrance can be used for drying clothes or alfresco eating.

Walk just 200 myards and you come to a strip of restaurants offering well priced food, both local and English. There is even a new Belgian restaurant that is well worth a visit. 500 yards further on is the extensive beach - very clean and not crowded even at peak times.

All in all, a very enjoyable stay. The owner couldn't be more helpful and the maid bought extra bedding to us at 11.00pm on our first night - great service!

Gran Alacant is situated close to the ancient fishing town of Santa Pola which has an Aquarium, Sea Museum & Town Square & Castle. 10 mins drive away is the beautiful city of Alicante with its ancient buildings and castles combined with a modern marina and designer shopping. Further afield you have Benidorm where you can visit several theme parks including Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia & Mundomar. You dont have to go that far though to enjoy a vast safe sandy beach, a barbeque area and a nature reserve with plenty for the bird watcher and nature lover to see. There are many good restaurants and bars just a short walk from the apartment but just far enough to ensure a quiet relaxing place to enjoy your holiday.
