This place was nice, clean...great energy, warmth, and close to everything. We traveled from Italy, and Cassia gave specific information about the happenings around LA/Beverly Hills/Hollywood. We loved this location and the rental. . Beds are very comfortable!

This locations is the best! We will definitely be back in few months. Accommodation was excellent with comfortable beds and easy access to everywhere. Walking around also was a great experience, since in the past we always had to use cars even to go for coffee.

Cassia was great. Thank you for guided us to your favorite restaurants :)

Comfortable stay, great location.

Cassia's condo was the perfect place for use to base our LA visit. Lots of restaurants nearby. A 24 hr grocery store (Pavilion) is about a 5 minute drive. Loved that the beds were firm. Cassia was available by phone to answer questions we had during our stay. The building itself appears a bit older and the windows in the kitchen area opens up to the building courtyard (so it becomes less private in the evening if the blinds are open) but Cassis has kept her unit updated and tidy.

Great location!

Cassia was wonderful and very helpful during our stay. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 baths far exceeded staying in a hotel, and for less money. The parking was convenient and secure. Customer service was excellent!

Very Happy! its a great deal!

Our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers were thrilled with this rental. The two bedrooms kept everyone on their own space.

The location was excellent for us, being right next to Beverly Center and Beverly Connection, with many restaurants, shops and coffees within walking distance. It is also close to the LACMA Museum, Rodeo Drive, and not far from the La Brea tar pits, Hollywood and other attractions.

The unit was clean and well-maintained. Indoor parking is included and very convenient. Cassia was very nice, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with. I strongly recommend this rental.

Great place and excellent location

We found this apartment is in an excellent location. The apartment is very equiped.Our family had great time over the short stay.Never the less,it is not a apartment for 5 people: The inflatable mattress has to stay in the middle of the living room making it very uncomfortable for everyone in the house. Thanks Cassia for everything.

Owner's Response: Hello and thank you for your positive review! Let me clarify: the air mattress shouldn't stay in the living room. I strongly advised Kathy that the 5th person should sleep in the master room (the biggest room), when she called me last minute to add the 5th person. Upon check in, I mentioned it again, and she said not to worry that she would figure it out. Sorry for the inconvenience.
