This beautifully remodeled condo is directly on the beach - walk down the stairs, and 20 paces to put your feet in the sand. You will be lulled to sleep by the the ocean, and gently awakened to the songs of the birds, the sounds of the ocean waves and the light of the sun as it rises over the Gulf of Mexico. Watch the sunrise while lounging in bed - The bedroom and living room each have sliding patio doors which open out onto a 20 foot balcony. The views from this 3rd floor unit are stunning. The kitchen features custom cabinets, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. The bathroom features granite countertops, custom cabinets and a tiled, walk-in shower. The living room has vaulted ceilings, computer station, Smart TV and stunning views of the beach and ocean. The master bedroom has a king size bed, vaulted ceilings, an in-room safe, and a Smart TV. The complex also has 2 heated swimming pools, beautiful landscaping, free WI-FI and cable TV. Coin laundry facilities. Come relax in paradise!

We enjoy coming to the Island to kick back and relax. Eveyone on the Island is so friendly. The beach is great. The restaurants have good food, entertainment, and great service.

We love being directly on the beach. The Tiki is as close to the beach as it gets without getting your feet wet. We also love the relaxed atmosphere on the island. There are shuttles available from both Brownsville and Harlingen airports, making for a convenient trip.
What makes this Condo unique
The views from the balcony are what sold us on this condo. You cannot get any closer to the water. We love to sit and watch the kiteboarders, the kids playing on the beach, and watching skydivers land on the beach next door.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo! So many amenities that we couldn't take advantage of them all! Check in and check out was a breeze and the office staff was very helpful and friendly! The views from the balcony were beautiful- it was perfect being right by the beach. We did not notice any excessive noise the entire time we were there! We will definitely recommend this location to friends and family!

Beautiful Condo and View!
This Condo and View couldn't have been better! Other than the weather being on the chilly side, our stay was perfect! We enjoyed using the telescope at night--a nice little touch! The fireworks on Friday and Saturday night were literally right next door! The kitchen was more equipped than other places we have stayed at--very nice! Seriously, you cannot go wrong booking this unit!
The only disclaimer would have to be that there is not an elevator and they are on the third floor. I didn't realize that when I booked it. Not an issue for us--our elderly dog wasn't jazzed about it--but she needed the exercise!

Excellent. Beautiful view, wonderful breeze, not a super busy beach! Perfection!
Great place to just chill out! Right on the beach...restaurant within walking distance on the beach (right next door). It felt completely safe with security always on duty and a drive gate with security code to enter and exit the beach. Just a great place!
My husband and I enjoyed the beautiful ocean view from our deck! Loved the turtles in the bathroom (wished I could keep them). Cutely decorated! The ocean was just steps away! The condo was clean, well stocked and comfortable! King bed was another plus! Owners had all the information available that we needed! We would definitely stay again! And so APPRECIATED that the owners contributed our first morning coffee! (We had late arrival). Thank you so much! Now we are back to reality- cold and snowy spring! Miss our vacation spot already!
Wonderful place to stay
We were very pleased with all the amenities. Everything was provided for. All we had to do is bring clothes and food..
Directly on the beach! Large balcony overloooking the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Short walk along the beach to Clayton's Beach Bar/Grill with entertainment. 5 minute walk to Sea Turtle Rescue Center; 10 minute walk to SPI Birding Center, 15 minute walk to SPI Convention Center. Other Activities: Shelling, dolphin watching, surf fishing right out front, The evening Catamaran sailing dinner cruise is excellent, a gentle cruise in the bay. Entertainment and great food is supplied, they have a grill on-board for grilled shrimp and fajitas, BYOB and fireworks cruises in the summer. Sunset at Laguna Bob's (formally The Wahoo) is a tradition. On especially great sunset nights, people actually stand up and applaud. A BYOB sunset on the 'FLATS', at the beach access just North of the Convention Center, is also spectacular. And don't forget to relax and enjoy an evening or two on the balcony or on the beach in front of the Condo. Golf: SPI Golf Club is about a 20 minute drive in Laguna Vista. Very nice golf course with some holes right on the Bay. There are also golf courses in and around the Brownsville area (30-40 Minutes) that are nice and have very reasonable fees.
