Providenciales Villa Rental Photos and Description

5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, sleeps 10-13

Sapphire Sunsets Beach Villa is a newly renovated luxury villa right on beautiful Sapodilla Beach in Providenciales. Situated just 50 feet from the water, breathtaking views of the ocean and beach abound from the house and pool deck. Dramatic tall glass doors in the living areas open completely to invite the most incredible aqua and blue hues of the water right into the house. Ten paces from the pool deck takes you to the softest and whitest sand beach you can imagine, boasting calm gin clear waters. The villa and beach both face west, providing amazing sunset opportunities every night.

Located in the prestigious residential area of Chalk Sound, away from the resort crowds at Grace Bay, Sapphire Sunsets Beach Villa offers everything you might need for a wonderful vacation with family and friends – from a fully stocked gourmet kitchen and well-appointed bedroom suites, to a 50-foot curving edge pool with areas for both adults and children. Welcome to our beautiful paradise!

Interior Living Area: The open concept living area faces the ocean and is bright and airy. Paintings from local artists grace the walls. The entry hall and living room have soaring 18-foot ceilings, arched columns, and dramatic oversized glass doors that open completely to the beautiful views of the pool and ocean beyond. The gourmet kitchen has custom wood cabinetry locally made on the island, stainless steel appliances, and granite counters. Every kitchen gadget you could want to prepare a small snack or a gourmet meal has been provided. There is also an outdoor gas grill, perfect for meals when you wish to dine at the house and enjoy the best views on Provo right from your own table. In the living room is a large flat screen TV with cable, BluRay/DVD player, Google TV, and stereo, with speakers located in the living areas and outside on the pool deck.

Bedrooms: Inside the villa you’ll find five well appointed bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has a four-poster king size bed, en suite bathroom, a wall of sliding glass doors, and an ocean view. Bedroom #2 has two queen beds, a wall of sliding glass doors with a garden view, and an en suite bathroom. Bedroom #3 has two twin beds that can also be made up as a king, and an en suite bathroom. Bedroom #4 has one queen bed, and Bedroom #5 has a twin bunk bed with a pull-out trundle bed underneath. Bedrooms #4 and #5 are configured as a family suite and share an en suite bathroom. A portable crib, high chair, booster seat, bed rails, and small children’s bath tub are at the house and available to guests with young children.

Pool and Beach: A curving edge 50-foot-long pool is a true architectural feature, and sits between the villa and the beach. There is a shallow section of the pool perfect for wading or young children, and a deeper section for adults. Part of the pool is also covered to provide shade, and a water feature at one end of the pool creates a natural soothing rhythm.

Beautiful Sapodilla Beach is a mere 50 feet from the villa, and a native stone pathway leads you ten paces from our pool deck down to the softest and whitest sand you have ever encountered. The calm waters are gin clear, and only a foot or two deep out to about 100 feet from shore. Sapodilla is known locally as the “Children’s Beach,” and is fun for children of all ages. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided, as well as complimentary use of our two sea kayaks, two stand up paddle boards, and several sets of snorkeling equipment.

Air conditioning: Though the trade winds and ceiling fans typically keep the villa at a comfortable temperature, air conditioning is available in each of the bedrooms as well as the living areas. To encourage conservation, air conditioning is metered separately and charged back to guests at prevailing electricity rates.

Airport Greeting and Property Manager on Call: Guests will be greeted at the airport upon arrival by a representative of Island Escapes, our on-island property management company. Island Escapes will escort guests to the villa, and give them an orientation to its features and amenities. Our fabulous husband and wife property manager team Julian an Dinesh will be available to your throughout your stay to answer local questions, make recommendations on dining and activities, and address any problems that may arise. About Annalisa - Sapphire Sunsets

We are a family from the Boston area, with two small children who love to play in the water and watch sunsets.

Annalisa - Sapphire Sunsets purchased this villa in 2011

Why Annalisa - Sapphire Sunsets chose Turks & Caicos

We have been to 16 other Caribbean islands, and Providenciales is by far our favorite! The ocean is the most surreal color of blue, and the water on Sapodilla Beach is calm, clear, and shallow for about 100 feet from shore. The sand is the softest and whitest we have ever walked on. Sunsets at our west-facing beach and villa are magnificent, and watching this daily show of colors is the perfect way to wind down our day.

What makes this villa unique

Our villa is in a quiet residential area away from the bustling resorts, and is the perfect place to get away from the everyday routine and spend some time in paradise with friends and family. And whenever we do want something more to do than relax at the house, there are activities, spas, shopping, and great restaurants just 15 minutes away.

Guestbook comments from the owner

We had a wonderful time. We swam in the pool and ocean, played in the sand, went on a boat ride, and just relaxed. We loved the lights in the pool, the pathways, the paintings, and the view. We took a lot of pictures of the beautiful ocean to remember it. The weather was perfect, we really enjoyed our stay. A house is built with boards and beams, a home is built with love and dreams. Thank you!

Best vacation ever hands down!!!!

  • 5 of 5

Everyone needs to stay at this property once in their lifetime. Everything was perfect, the house has all of the amenities you could ever need. We went in Oct which is considered off season I believe so we basically had the whole beach to our selves. We left the house a few times for horse riding on the beach, a boat day and a couple dinners out but we spent most of the time just lounging around the pool and beach. The house is decorated beautifully and well maintained. I would request the A/C be on when you arrive because it was quite warm inside when we got to the house. Other than that no complaints at all.

*We used Kissing Fish Catering for a meal prepared at the house and they set up tables, chairs and tiki torches on the beach. It was a wonderful experience and the food was delish. Chef Clive and the staff were great too.

*Provo ponies for horse back riding on the beach is a must.

*We rented a catamaran from Sail Provo for the day too which was fabulous.

*We ate at Coco Bistro one night, the restaurant is beautiful and the food was top notch.

*La Brisas is a great restaurant within walking distance from the house, we had dinner there twice.

*Make sure to check out the island fish fry that is every Thurs. Fun night of music and dancing where locals hang out with the tourists. Great food and souvenir shopping from local vendors.

*The IGA on Leeward seems to be one of the better grocery stores but be prepared to pay more than what we're used to in The States.

*Crust bakery next door to IGA made a Bday cake for us and it was superb. Great pastries and breakfast.

*You will want to rent a car as the cabs charge by person and can get pricey if there's a group of you. We rented a 12 person mini bus from Grace Bay car rentals at the airport.

Everyone on the island is very friendly and helpful. We can't wait to go back and stay at this property again, we already miss it.

Terrific Week!

  • 5 of 5

Our family stayed at Sapphire Sunsets Villa the week of June 25th. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our week there. Our group was all husband and myself, and 5 others between the ages of 26 and 30, with no kids. Turks and Caicos isn't the place to go if you're looking for major nightlife, but it was a wonderful place to connect with family and slow down from everyday life. While we left the villa to go on a couple of excursions or dine out, we were most content relaxing at home. The owner has done an exceptional job with this rental property. We've stayed in many other rental homes before, but none have been as thoughtfully equipped at this one. Multiple washers and dryers, multiple refrigerators (one large, 3 small), plenty of outdoor seating areas with quality furniture and comfy Restoration Hardware cushions and pillows), 2 paddleboards, 2 kayaks, lots of inflatables for the pool and indoor games for kids, large gas grill, etc. The kitchen had full sets of casual melamine dishes, or china perfect for a special occasion dinner. We had my husband's 60th birthday party dinner at home, and it turned out lovely. The layout of the home is perfect for a group. I thought it was kind of odd to have the pool basically attached to the house, with a step off directly from the dining room glass sliders, but seriously, it ended up being our favorite feature of the whole house! In the afternoon, when the sun and heat were the hottest, we spent a lot of time just floating around on inflatables with a good book or a drink..and you could still converse with people who were inside the home. I can imagine that this feature would be awesome for families with small children because the water in this area is very shallow, making it really easy to supervise them, whether you were watching them from inside the house or outside. The covered room over the pool in this area kept things cool and protected from the sun. At night, the pool lights turned different colors, and we actually spent a fair number of nights just cooling off in the pool while listening to music. Our trip was total relaxation...we all commented how well we slept at night, only turning on the A/C in the bedrooms from maybe 10pm-7am. Our electric bill was only about $130 for the week, but we only used 4 of the 5 bedrooms. The surrounding area was quiet, and there was a very nice security guard on patrol. The property managers were super responsive. Loved this place!!

Owner's Response: So glad to hear your family had a good vacation, and thank you very much for the thorough and detailed review! It will really help future guests understand the villa better. We have two small children and spend our afternoons sitting on the shaded dining room pool step relaxing with our feet in the water and a beverage in hand while the kids splash and have fun.

Fantasy come to life!

  • 5 of 5

This was truly our fantasy vacation and it did not disappoint. The villa is even more beautiful than in the pictures and the owners have outfitted it to perfection. The common areas are spacious while also providing more intimate locations for small groups or couples to gather. Our group is divided over which we prefer -- the very close beach or the beautiful pool, but we were all very happy. We had one small issue with the ice maker making enough ice (a necessity!). We called the property manager and the repair men were at the door almost by the time we hung up the phone and all was well again. First class service! We can't wait to return.

Owner's Response: So glad to hear you had a great vacation, and that the ice maker issue was addressed quickly. We are incredibly fortunate to have the best property management team on the island, they are very responsive and understanding. We also really appreciate when guests let us know if anything is at all out of sorts at the villa, as we can only fix something if we know about it. Thanks very much for taking the time to write a review, and we would be happy to welcome you back to Sapphire Sunsets!

Perfect Beach Villa

  • 5 of 5

The villa is absolutely perfect. It is very spacious and the owners have absolutely thought of everything as far as amenities for the pool, beach, kitchen, and bathrooms. We could not have been more pleased with our stay and the condition of the villa. This was our 4th trip to Turks and we have now found our permanent lodging location for what has become an annual trip. I highly recommend this villa (except for the week I go!).

Awesome Family Vacation Spot

  • 5 of 5

Had a wonderful time at this rental. You can't get any closer to the beach then here. You walk off the back porch directly onto your private beach where you can snorkel, canoe, paddle board, tan, relax, etc...

We stayed 7 nights with 5 adults and 3 children and had room for more. Dinesh, the property manager, was great.

Best location on the Island, awesome villa

  • 4 of 5

Our daughter in law booked this, and we tagged along. I would have chosen something a little more affordable, but that is just me. That said, the villa was incredible. Right on the beach, and the best beach around as far as we could tell. We visited Taylor by kayak (OK but a bit rocky, brushy, weedy) we drove to Grace Bay, the Bight and Smith Reef. Liked our beach the best for its shallowness and cleanness and privacy. The snorkeling wasn't great, but perfect to teach young children. My 8 year old grandson asked to hold my hand snorkeling, it was so cute. He was awed at the variety of fish, right in very shallow water. We also saw sting rays a few feet off the beach and able to take a video of them. Sea turtles stuck their heads up every once in awhile when we were out a few hundred yards in the kayaks and paddle boards. Kids also enjoyed the lizards running around and caught/released a few. The pool was great, right off the dining area and patio. The only complaint I had was that for the high price we paid, they did not include the air conditioning. We had it on in bedrooms only from suppertime to breakfast, and it cost us an additional $300. It was very hot in the kitchen due to the ice maker and I had to spend the entire week in my bathing suit, jumping in the pool to cool off, especially in the late afternoon. I imagine if we had the entire house AC it would have been more than double that. I can understand why they do it that way, to discourage wastefulness of AC with doors open. However, maybe an AC allowance of some kind included in the rent would be more palatable. A few small things like a leaky shower head in our bedroom and floor always flooding after shower due to improperly built shower stall ledge were annoying, but not enough to complain to management. When the pool filter clogged from our sun screen lotion, they were right there the next day to fix it. It was an awesome week and we had a great deal of fun. Neighbors complained of our loud music but we worked it out. Haha! Thank you for an amazing week!
