The Lido beach is a short walk & the old town only 2mins away.

There is a well furnished open plan living/dining room with separate kitchen, double bedroom, 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds & 2 bathrooms, one with a bath the other has a shower. There is a lift and WiFi internet access is available.

Outside there is a very large terrace with BBQ, table and chairs and sun loungers to enjoy that view.

There is air conditioning in the living room and double bedroom.

This apart. is a mixture of a Granny flat ,a car boot sale and a Ikea store, We ran the water for 15 mins. before it came clear, don't even think about drinking it! the kitchen cutlery, pans ,plates were obviously car booty , the worktops covered in a spongy fabric,The kitchen units have no handles! The oven still had foil with the remnants of the last visitors meal,((You pay 70 euros 4 cleaning)No tablets for the dishwasher, The gas hob worked hit and miss, the sink tap only dribbled,(we used the outside sink to wash up, cold water only) Seating 4 only 2 people, WiFi useless, A CD but no discs, The main bedroom curtain rail hanging on by thread, the side unit a joke, The barbeque was minging, had never been cleaned ever,The ash can is still full, no cleaning materials ,fuel or utensils, 2 loungers broken ,No spare toilet rolls ,No 1st aid, No info ( contact local phone numbers, recommendations, emergency numbers,ect) I could go on and on,the only redeeming aspect is the view from a 9mx5m balcony and the nearness to the town.We have been in nearly 30 apartments all over Europe and apart from the balcony/view this must rank near to no. 30

Well equipped and convenient to old town.

The apartment is spacious and well equipped with easy walking to the old city. It is very secure and reasonably quiet - depending on late night revellers down below. The exterior balcony has a view of the marina across the car park. It is quite exposed and would be hot in summer. Not sure if it can be shaded. Also it is affected by the the seagulls and was grubby when we were there.

We had some initial difficulties with internet as the owner had not let the manager know that he had made changes. An annoyance Which was sorted after a few attempts.

Pay parking is available in the car park and you might get free parking if lucky. Any parking in summer might be difficult.

Best location,best view,best terrace

Totally as described, initial approach to rear of a block of flats a little concerning but all is well once in flat.Apartment more than adequate with reasonable quality fittings and fixtures.A very central location 5 mins to old town,view of harbour breath taking,but for us the very large terrace with sun blinds,you will need them, was the major attraction.Ashley able and capable both in initial booking and on meet and greet.A good holiday let.

Best View In Town

Our family stayed here for a week in July. We chose the apartment for the terrace and the view. We were not disappointed, the view is wonderful and the terrace very large. We had breakfast on the terrace every day.

The location is very good, so close to the old town and the Lido beach is not far either. Though if you can stretch to it, hire a car and get out to La Speranza and Mugoni beaches.

The apartment was clean and is well equipped, with the air conditioning very welcome.

Alghero itself is a great destination, lovely beaches and woinderful seafood restaurants and pizzerias. I would recommed this apartment to anyone who wants to be central and have some outdoor space with the best view in town!

Very Happy we booked this apartment. Central location is very good, everything one requires is close by. We found the apartment to be very clean and everything in good working order.

The level of service from the agent was very good throughout the booking process and while we were in Alghero.

Our family travelled around the area during our stay, the nearby carpark is very useful.

All in all a clean, centrally located apartment with lots of outdoor space. Highly recommend!

Great apartment in the best possible location!

A really great apartment in the best possible location! The terrace is massive and the view is just tremendous. The old town, where all the bars and restaurants are is less than five minutes away and the beach is a ten minute walk. Everything is close by, supermarket, parking, caffe bars etc. The free car park below was where we parked our hire car, just so convenient.

We used the WiFi in the Papallero bar downstairs. We rented this apartment on the agents recommendation as we wanted to be close to the old town and not to far from the beach and it turned out to be just perfect.

I would recommend this apartment without hesitation!

Situated in a fantastic location, overlooking the marina with stunning views of the old town and the bay.

The Centro Storico where all the shops restaurants and bars are located is just two minutes away. Ten minutes walk along the promenade is the Lido beach. The nearest supermarket is 150 metres away and parking is available just outside the apartment. All in all a great location!
