The condo was very clean and had been updated in 2013. Everything was in working order. We had an excellent view of the Gulf with amazing sunsets. We were also fortunate enough to be there for a full moon which was amazing as well. Will definitely go back to this condo. The only negative I would have is that the swimming pool was very cold..........
The property is one of 25 in a buidling, all sea facing. Our 2 bedroom property was immaculate, good size and well laid out as specIfield. The main bedroom leads out onto a vast balcony which overlooks a sandy beach and a beautiful, tempting gulf. Altogether spectacular. A 5 minute walk takes you to John's pass with all of its shops, restaurants and bars. A 30 minute drivetoes you to either Clearwater or Passe Grille, both wonderful locations.
A lovely apartment, an awesome location, a great holiday.
I highly recommend this unit - it was clean, and in a very quiet complex. Beach access was easy, and the unit is only a very short walk from the shops, restaurants, and bars at Johns Pass Village.
Very nice accommodations, the beach and view are beautiful. The pool and hot tub are emaculate. We really enjoyed our week on the beach.
The pictures pale compared to the brilliant sunsets off the extra long balcony that accesses the living room or master bedroom. Wonderful beach view, watch the water from the open concept kitchen / dining / living room. The appliances are sufficient & iTrip responded quickly to a washing machine problem, (sent a repairman within the hour).
The master bedroom has lot's of room with a walk in closet and updated ensuite washroom. 2nd bedroom has king bed and a large closet, next door in the hallway is the 2nd 3 piece bathroom.
We enjoyed the large swimming pool, hot tub & sunny lounge chairs. Walks along the beach & to John's Pass for touristy shopping, restaurants & bars. Many regular restaurant & shops within short driving distance, the bus stops right in front of the condo. 40 minutes away is Dunedin & the Blue Jay's stadium. Easy access to any of St. Petersburg attractions and Tampa International Airport.
We highly recommend this vacation location!
We enjoyed our stay! The beds were extremely comfortable and the condo very clean with plenty of towels and beach towels for our family of four. The pool and hot tub area was never crowded and overall the entire complex was very quiet. Minor issues we noticed at check-in were taken care of quickly (hall toilet running and in need of new part/internet not working) via email response and repairman visit. The only negatives were there was no can opener in the kitchen and the chairs on the balcony were so worn that you could not sit on them at the table without the screws digging into you (the fabric was worn through or torn to expose these). The loungers on the balcony were wonderful though! The elevator did quit working our last evening there and we had to haul everything down 4 flights of stairs the next morning when we checked out, but that was just a fluke thing (not sure what happened)! The negatives certainly did not take away from our overall experience by any means and I highly recommend this condo!

Pick from houses, condos and cottages, and get ready to enjoy sugar white sand and warm breezes. Vacations in the St. Petersburg area offer abundant outdoor recreation – on and off the water – a lively arts scene, and award-winning restaurants.
Madeira Beach, located west of St. Petersburg is home to John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, a fun attraction for all ages. John's Pass, or the Pass to locals, offers top dining and nightlife options, family-friendly attractions, shopping and water sports. While walking the 1,100-foot boardwalk, see alligators at The Alligator Attraction and dolphins playing in the Gulf's waters. Walk into dozens of unique shops that sell everything from beachwear to shells to find the perfect souvenir or gift.
Madeira Beach's restaurants welcome family and friends to try the fresh local flavor. Many top-rated restaurants at the Pass feature entertainment, specials and events as well. The Seafood Festival at John's Pass – held annually in October – hosts more than 100,000 guests to celebrate food, music, and arts and crafts.
Water lovers can parasail, rent jet skis or deep-sea fish to complete their beach vacation. John's Pass is also a popular fishing destination and brings in more grouper than any other place in Florida. Visitors can also relax while birdwatching, boating and canoeing, all within easy access of their vacation rental.
Treasure Island – adjacent to St. Petersburg – is another favorite beach town in Florida. Swim, snorkel, fish, parasail and shell at this hot spot, which was named from an early hotel owner who buried and discovered treasure chests on the beach.
Known as a secret spot for sunsets, Treasure Island's 3 miles of beaches serve as the perfect place to watch the sun set over the Gulf of Mexico with someone special. Treasure Island also offers guests fun-filled attractions and things to do, paired with restaurants serving everything from breakfast to fresh seafood dinners.
