Geraldine and Richard Lovato - owners purchased this house in 2004
So many people love this house, they find it very comfortable and relaxing and well equipped for their stay whether it be 4 nights or 4 months.
It has been a joy yet again to stay in our "second home". It made the refit of our sailboat possible providing a haven of peace to return to after a hard day in the boatyard. Also saw the MAVEN launch to Mars! Many thanks.
A great place to spend our winter stay in FL! Very clean & comfortable! It truly felt like "home" for the 2 1/2 months we were there. The owner is very nice & easy to work with. We highly recommend this place!

This is first time I have rented a house. So called the owner a lot. She was so patient and kind. The house was clean and very comfortable. The beach near the house is great. You can go to the Kennedy space center, go on air boat rides and drive though the nature reserve. This house has everything you need for a great stay. I would definitely rent this house again.
What a wonderful vacation week we had on the Space Coast of Florida. This home is just as beautiful as the advertised pictures portrayed on the website. We went to Playalinda Beach, the Kennedy Space Center, Fox Lake Park and walked out on the Max Brewer bridge pier after enjoying delicious food at Crackerjacks. An added bonus for us - - it is located across the street from our favorite 'rock shrimp' restaurant, Dixie Crossroads. The house is clean, well-maintained and provides all the comforts of home---everything you need, Geraldine & Richard provided. So much better than staying in a hotel. Geraldine was quick to respond from scheduling through arrival and departure. She treated us like family. We definitely will stay at this location again AND highly recommend it to others.
Hi Geraldine and Richard,
Thank you once again for spending vacation in your beautiful house, every time we come we get great experience, perfect location for all needs ( gorgeous beach, historical area, sport activities nearby). The property is well- mantained and well- equipped.
Hopefully, we will be able to stay for longer time.
Regards, Andy and Lena
We have just completed a five month stay in this lovely Titusville home. If you are not familiar with Titusville, it's more for travelers who are looking for a natural non-tourist experience. The local beach is a dream with no hotels or homes!!! Wonderful sandy beaches go on for miles with great for surfing, fishing and shelling. The downtown core is often throwing a Friday night block party with the main highway going through town closed for the event.
The house was great for us. I especially appreciated the well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the screened in porch every afternoon for cards. The backyard was fantastic for our German Shepherd!!! The house is very comfortable and I highly recommend it to other vacationers.
Comfortable, clean, will maintained cottage, very well equipped kitchen, good wifi.
The location on the central Florida east coast was perfect for our trip. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay here again.
