Our home at 165 West Flamingo is 1/4 mile from the new public beach access near the Marriott. It's an easy five minute walk to the best part of Marco's beautiful crescent beach. We provide a beach cart, beach chairs, towels, and a cooler for the beach.

This 3BR/2BA home features a bright white kitchen, vaulted ceilings, tile floors throughout, and an open concept living room and dining area. The master bedroom has a queen bed, attached bath, and access to the lanai. The guest bedrooms share a bath and have a queen bed and twin beds. Three sliding glass doors lead to the screen enclosed lanai with heated pool and spa, lounge chairs, and gas grill. High Speed Wireless Internet is included.

About Lynn

We purchased our first home on Flamingo Circle in 2004 for vacation and rental purposes. The area near the beach is very popular with families. We feel very fortunate to have been able to add four more homes on Flamingo to our list of offerings. If you prefer a waterfront property, ask about our nicely renovated condo and spacious waterfront homes.

Very nice. Had everything we needed. Clean and well kept.

Exactly as described. We loved the pool and hot tub and was an easy walk to the beach. Owner provided great advice on restaurants and things to do. We had a great vacation!

this is a well kept property that is well managed

The online pictures were very accurate and the reviews represented our experience. We had a minor plumbing problem on the second day, called Lynn and she had it taken care of within a few hours.

The only issues we had were that some of the counters in the kitchen were not entirely clean and some of the dishes/glasses/pots were not really clean. This is an easily corrected problem and was not a major problem. Overall, we had a great stay in a very nice house.

Great location, wonderful amenities!

We chose this property for our family vacation to Marco Island and couldn't have been happier. The location was the best! We were able to walk to the beach everyday. The pool and hot tub were very clean. The bedrooms were spacious. The kitchen was outfitted with nearly everything we needed for our weeklong stay. The owner, Lynn, was very reachable as well. We look forward to going back and will definitely stay here again!

Great rental house!

My family and I ha an amazing time! The house is very clean, extra blankets, towels, beach gear! Lynn, the owner, had everything you need to enjoy your stay. Kids absolutely loved the pool and the close proximity to beach access. We look forward to booking again next winter.

Amazing!

We loved our stay here! The house is beautiful, the pool and spa perfect for both kids and adults and the beach was 5 minutes away....even while pulling the wagon with beach chairs and umbrella which was provided!! Lynn was so accommodating and easy to contact. And even though we stayed on Marco island during the labour day weekend, the beach was not crowded at all! It was the perfect family vacation and I look forward to many returns.

Had everything for a nice vacation

I had the best time with my family at this place, so close to the beach, very quite and nice place to stay. we had all we needed at this beautiful house. The Pool was awesome and the my kids had a blast day and night. we walk to the beach in the morning and to enjoy the sunset in the afternoon. I would definitely recommended for the family.
