and down the coast. Watch the seagulls fly by your deck and windows.

This unit has 3 decks, one off each bedroom and one off the living room.

Very quit and peaceful unit. Fantastic sunsets are yours without leaving the unit.

Everything you need is in a two mile radius. Looking north over historic crystal lajolla coast. Looking south past the coranodo islands

Sister units to # 237291 and #248312. The unit is in see the sea building and faces the ocean directly. No peek a boo views or between ends of building etc,, the only thing between you and the ocean is ocean blvd and the beach, Watch cruise ships and navy ships leave and arrive in the harbour. Watch sail boats go up and down the coast. Your at almost eye level with the coast guard helicopters flying up and down the coast. 57' HDTV,with over 200 HD channels,WIFI

Great location and AMAZING view

This is our second stay at See The Sea condos. The first time we rented a condo that faced north (street view). It's definitely worth the extra cost to get this condo (#76) on 4th flood with amazing direct ocean views thru the living room's floor-to-ceiling windows and 3 Arcadia doors. Especially enjoyed the daily flights of the pelicans (at eye level!) from the front deck. Fantastic location within walking distance of a variety of great restaurants and shopping. The owner, Ron, was extremely friendly and welcoming. I'm looking forward to many return visits to this property.

Beautiful views in an amazing location!

If you are looking for a five star resort, this isn't for you. But, if you are looking for a comfortable place with amazing views, then this is it! We loved it and are already planning another stay!

Absolutely breathtaking views

This place is amazing. The view are breathtaking. It is located close to everything, having parking in the garage is very beneficial and convenient. The property it's self is a little dated but nothing that hendered our enjoyment. Make sure you pack extra towels and don't forget the binoculars we were able to see the dolphins from the balcony. Condo inside is a bit dated but Ron is working on updates so no worries there... I have already starting planning our next trip...

Third time here, and already booked for next spring!

This was my third stay in this unit, and I already booked for next spring break. I actually moved in on Saturday, April 8th, 2017, the same day "Scott D" that left a bad review left the unit. Here is my opinion on his review. First, as he admits, the views are to die for. Hard to imagine any better along the coast. It is a top floor unit, so there is no noise from above. Yea, the washer and dryer are just down the hall and cost a WHOPPING $1.00 per wash and $1.00 to dry. I thought it was nice to have them. Yes, the bar stools on the patio have worn and one was actually torn a bit, but Ron has already ordered new Bamboo (or some material that will hold up better in the sun) bar stools for out there, so that will be fixed. Yea, the carpet isn't brand new, it is a BEACH rental that is sold out nearly every day of the year! Yea, there are lamp shades that are yellowing. WHO CARES? I think people like Scott D. need to take a look in the mirror and ask themselves what they expect to find in a two bedroom two bath condo on the top floor with amazing views, a location where you never have to drive your car (I have been there for three weeks now, and I have never used my car) and can pay what this renter is asking. So, to those out there considering this place, if you are a nit-picky person that is going to walk in and start looking for issues to complain about, either go spend more money on an inland hotel with no view, no kitchen, no bedrooms, and one bathroom, or pony up some big money and get a "LUXURY" place on the beach. I personally think that Ron's condo is the best vacation value out there. If you get two couples (which this is set up PERFECT for) you can split it and pay a low fee per night per couple. How anybody could complain about a few cosmetic issues at that price with that view is beyond me. Just read ALL of the reviews, and you will get a much better feel for the place than what Scott D. makes it out to be. Thanks again Ron, and I look forward to seeing you next March for another great week.
