My wife and I bought our first Prague property in 2004 and have since built up a portfolio of eight holiday apartments with a value of approx 137m CZK/6,5 m USD, of which approx 1,7 m USD is owned and the rest leased. We specialize in short-term rentals which we manage together with a small team through our sro MJMorris Apartments and Developments. We develop properties from complete renovation and/or refurbishment into successful holiday lets and acquire apartments through lease or purchase in the most prime locations the city has to offer. We still consider ourselves a ‘boutique’ business with a philosophy of quality over quantity with the number apartments we take on. We take great care in both design and presentation of our rentals, as well as the services we offer. We have a small and dedicated team who all have approx 10 years experience in hospitality and we only take on renovations projects which capture the spirit and history of Prague while maintaining all the comforts of modern living. We also provide consultation in all aspects of Prague real estate investment but specialize in the holiday rental sector. We are especially excited about merging property development with tourism. Great apartment in central location
We had a great stay in Ilan and Veronika's apartment. They were wonderful and helpful hosts and the apartment itself was clean, charming, and within walking distance of the heart of town. Would definitely stay there again on our next trip to Prague!
The property has loads of character and is in a very quiet location yet only a 3 minute walk to the metro. It was perfect for our long weekend. The bed was very comfortable and large and the apartment overall was very comfortable. It is an easy walk into the old town or you can use the metro. Small supermarket just round the corner for supplies.

just outside the hustle and bustle of the tourist spots but the metro and tram stop is only 1 minute from the front door as was a large supermarket.
Ilan was there to meet us and gave us a rundown on places, restaurants etc and is only a phone call or text away. taxi was also arranged for to and from the airport for 25 euros and no worries about getting ripped off.
Nice and big in a cool old building...
Great location and plenty of places to eat and get supplies. A grocer where u can get beer, wine and much more about 90secs away. The sitting area is large but could b more comfy. The old charming chairs are a little hard and the couch is small. But the outdoor space is nice to sit and enjoy a glass of wine after a long day of sightseeing. I do recommend this apartment!
Nicley equipped, quiet apartment, close to the city center
We thoroughly enjoyed this quiet and comfortable apartment in a very convenient location. Since we came by car, we appreciated the hosts' parking reservation. Communication prior to our arrival and during our stay worked very well. We were greeted by an employee who showed us the apartment and gave us useful tips about restaurants and sites in the city. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a washing machine. Since the apartment is in an older building, one gets a much more authentic experience than in a hotel.
We highly recommend this apartment. It is ideal for two people.
Quiet Charming Spot
The veranda was our favorite spot while staying at this property. The neighborhood was quiet and located within a comfortable walking distance from Old Town. Although a one bedroom, it felt quite spacious because of the very high ceilings. Veronika gave us outstanding suggestions for restaurants, cafes, transportation, and the E-Bike tour which we thoroughly enjoyed. We will stay at one of Veronika and Ilan's properties on a return trip to Prague!
The apartment is in Old Town. It is 5 minutes walk to Na Prikope street, where you will find the Municiple House and the Jewish Quarter. Wenceslas square and Old Town square are a few minutes from here. Florenc metro station is 1 minute from the apartment. This will take you to Museum, the top of Wenceslas square in 2 mins. A tram and bus stop, 2 mins from the apartment ,can take you directly to the Jewish quarter in minutes. From here it is a few minutes walk to Old Town Square. You can also catch the number 8 tram directly to the castle. There are two supermarkets minutes from the apartment and Palladium shopping centre, the city's largest, is 5 close by. There is a bus station behind the apartment and the main train station Halvani Nadrazi, is one metro stop away. The Hilton Hotel is opposite the apartment with its famous sky bar where you can enjoy panoramic views of the city. The jurys Inn is also here. By tram, metro or foot this is the pefect location to explore the city

If you book on line there is no balance to be paid upon arrival. Cleaning fees are included and we dont requiere security deposit. Balance for on line bookings is due 14 days before arrival. If we agree collect balance upon arrival you can pay in cash (Euros or CZK). There is no extra charge for cash payment, but a 4% surcharge for PayPal payments. In this case the balance will be converted into CZK based on the exchange rate provided by XE and the sum will be agreed by both parties before payment. Payment of the balance on line before arrival is also possible and subject to the same conditions. Cash payment in currencies other than EURO can also be considered. Stays of less than three nights are subject to the discretion of the owner
