Why Alan Hardin chose Breckenridge
For four years, we spent the entire Summer in Colorado looking for the home that was the perfect fit for our family of 7. We wanted a mountainside home close to town but far enough where we could hear zero traffic. We required absolutely incredible mountain views. We wanted a home with plenty of space and the most modern, Colorado amenities (like heated patios and indoor spas). We wanted an upgrade to a normal kitchen so my wife could enjoy cooking. We found it in this home.
What makes this House unique
We can walk to town while only travelling on a city maintained path--no streets. Our mountain view is always of snow capped peaks. We have two sets of washer dryers and two dishwashers for larger groups.

Utterly perfect. Wonderful fully equipped house with incredible views and great layout!
My family stayed here for the last 3 weeks of the 2018 season and we can’t speak highly enough of the accommodation, the owners correspondance and the service from Pinnacle Lodging. The house has quite simply the best view imaginable of peak 7 & 8 from the great room and master suite. Touch-on/off fireplaces throughout the house, a perfect boot room off the garage, great TV facilities and audio system, wonderful fully equipped (and some!) kitchen and big downstairs games and TV room which is perfect for splitting up kids and adults. The driveway was cleared each time we had snow and the hot tub was serviced every few days. This owner has everything at your disposal, even a steam room shower in the master with a jacuzzi bath the kids absolutely loved. The free shuttle is 5 mins walk, and town is about 12 mins on foot. However parking in Breckenridge is extremely easy and inexpensive (like $5 for most the day, if not all day). There are lovely spacious grounds around the house too, so you can play in the snow with the kids safely. We didn’t experience any problems during the 3 weeks we were there, and any questions we had were answered immediately by Pinnacle front desk. This home gets a 5* rating for us, and is absolutely perfect for a large family or group of couples. Truly a special find. Adrian & Josie Everett
Wow! What a great house!
So this was a repeat rental for us and I didn't think this house could get any better, but it did! My daughter and I like o cook and this kitchen was stocked adequately for our cooking and baking. However, now they have upgraded all the pots, pans, dishes and accessories! there were plenty of plates, cups and silverware for everyone and we were able to bake to our hearts content. They also added a tip sheet which helped make use of the appliances much easier and also made us feel like they real cared about my time and ability to be able to use the items in the house.
Included in the tip sheet was a note about the path to town which we were able to find without trouble, however, we were concerned about walking to town using this path because of the amount of snow covering it and the steepness of the hill. This was obviously the shortest path to town so we decided to try it. It was very well traveled and easy to follow and as long as we stayed on the path and followed the steps of others that we could see in the snow, we were fine. When ever we needed a rest, we just stopped for a few moments and caught our breath which took a lot less time then walking all the way down the street to the sidewalk.
My daughter truly enjoyed the second master downstairs and she said it was so much fun to sleep in the king sized bed and she must have sat in the steam shower for hours! Really nice that the downstairs master has many of the features of the upstairs master. The sleep number bed was really nice as well. Cant say enough great things about this house. We will be back!
What an astonishing view to wake up to!!
I must say after reading all of the reviews, I wondered if the house could live up to the hype but it did and then some!! The layout of the house is wonderful for our group of 12 (6 adults and 6 kids). We didn't at all feel like we were cramped or on top of each other as there are multiple gathering areas in the house. We thought the open floor plan off the kitchen was perfect! After a day on the slopes, our group can tend to want to stay in, cook a big meal and relax and the kitchen area was very conducive to that.
The master suite is absolutely perfect as is the hot tub which can comfortably seat 6 adults.
I do believe my favorite part of the home was waking up every morning to such an amazing view of the mountain! Keep the blinds all wide open so your entire party can take it in day and night!
Thank you to the homeowner for designing a very comfortable place with great amenities that made our vacation terrific.
The home was beautiful and fit a crowd comfortably. The view was stunning.
We would stay again. Wonderful place. Just know the hike to the shuttle was Over .8 mile and the path to town was uphill/downhill, frozen and unusable so walk in to town was far too. We drove to Go dial for the skiers and drove in to town most of the time.
A beautiful home in an accessible location
We booked this home in part because previous reviews said the home was just like the pictures. How many times do you arrive to find a dark, under lighted house that is disappointing? Not here. This house is beautiful, and worked well for our 10 person family. Even no arguing over who got which bedroom, as they all were lovely. This was our first trip to Breck. House and mountain made for a great vacation.
Wonderful house in all respects. Our only complaint is we're too old and too slow to figure out the television remote situation.
Five minutes' walk from the heart of town, close to shopping, dining, wilderness, parks, museums.
Other Activities: Year around destination- ski area, sightseeing, musems, hiking, rafting, biking, riding, events.
Golf: Breckenridge Golf course located just 3 miles away
Ski: Breckenridge ski area, plus 4 others within 30 miles!
