The wraparound balcony offers spectacular views of the beach, downtown Puerto Vallarta, Paradise Village, Bucerias, and Punta Mita. Watch the boats enter and leave the Nuevo Vallarta marina...not to mention the breathtaking sunsets!

Sliding doors offer a full ocean view from almost everywhere. The dining table seats 8, and the living area contains a flat panel TV with DVD. Wireless internet extends to the balcony, and a printer and scanner are available on request. Kitchen is fully equipped.

The two master suites and large guest bedroom (all with ensuite baths) make this an ideal place for multiple couples, extended families, or a group of friends. Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway, a family reunion or a winter escape, this condo will meet your needs and exceed your expectations!

Social Membership: As part of the Paradise Village community, you will have access to many services and amenities, including shopping at Paradise Plaza, a short taxi ride (about $3) from the condo. As a guest in Ocean Vista you will also have the option to purchase a guest membership to the El Tigre Golf and Country Club for $15 per person per stay (highly recommended). This Social Membership allows you full use of the facilities of the prestigious Golf Club, the world-class Sports Club and the luxurious Beach Club, where you can order margaritas from polite, attentive English-speaking waiters while lounging under a palapa at the sandy beach or by the beautifully landscaped pool.

Housekeeping Notes: In addition to standard supplies (linens, towels, dish cloths, dish towels, tissues, soap, etc.) the unit comes equipped with 8 beach towels, 2 beach chairs, and a safe. We also provide dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, dryer sheets and a 'starter kit' with a small supply of coffee, tea, coffee filters, sugar, sweetener, salt & pepper. There is a convenience store within one block, a supermarket at nearby Paradise Plaza, and a Walmart Supercenter a short cab ride away.

Why the Owner Chose Ocean Vista Residences: We have been vacationing at Paradise Village with our children for 22 years, first as hotel guests, then after realizing what a treasure we had found, as timeshare owners. We talked about retiring here, and when this Ocean Vista unit became available, we absolutely fell in love with it. But our retirement is still several years away, so until then, our new home will be available to others.

Ocean Vista offers the best of both worlds--close proximity to all the activities and amenities one would expect in a resort, yet with the privacy and tranquility of a residence. And the location of our unit (7th floor corner) enhances the romantic ambiance.
