Live like a true Parisian
Part of the fun of coming to Paris and staying in an apartment is to live like a Parisian and our welcome pack allows you to fully enjoy your stay in Paris. It contains our favorite bakers, patisseries, cheese chops, gourmet and wine shops, butchers, fish stores, open markets, cafés and restaurants in the neighborhood. You in particular will enjoy the daily open market, Rue de Poncelet, with all fresh products and so typically French.
Our studio will make you feel at home. You will be experiencing a true Parisian life rather than stay in an impersonal hotel room. Our studio is more spacious and luxurious than a hotel room at a much lower price.
And last but not least, you will be free to eat out for some meals and to feel right at home in your studio and enjoy savoring your dinner like a true Parisian. Our studio is the ideal stay for a couple with one child .
The fully-equipped kitchen provides a complete set of kitchenware and features all equipment

I rented this apartment for 5 days with a friend and it was just perfect for us. The apartment is located on a busy street, but faces the courtyard so you don't hear any street noise. When you step out the front door in the morning, the first thing you see is the arc de Triumph which is about 1 block away! The metro is also 1 block away and is very easy to use in Paris to get around.
We were able to get 2 twin beds which was perfect for traveling with a friend. While the apartment is on the 1st floor, we felt very safe as 2 girls traveling alone. You have to use 2 key fobs to get into the building and of course a separate key for the actual apartment. The free wifi is great . The apartment was immaculately clean and recently renovated unlike many other rentals in the area.
The amount of space you get for the price is great! I stayed in the same area at a hotel in 2012 and had a hotel room that was way smaller than the apartment for a lot more money.
Philippe was great to deal with through the entire process and answered all of my questions very quickly. It can be hard to rent an apartment in a foreign country when you don't speak the language, but Philippe spoke english and was great throughout the rental process.
There are many great restaurants and cafes in the area to choose from. We had a wonderful dinner at Le Hide just around the corner- make a reservation!
Overall, the apartment at 5 Mac Mahon was a great experience and perfect for 2 people traveling to Paris.
This apartment was functional and served its purpose for our stay in Paris. It was nice to have a clothes washer and dryer (same unit) after being on a river cruise for a week. Amenities were fine. We would not use the word "luxury" to define this apartment.
Bed is comfortable, towels are nice and the kitchen has all the necessary amenities.
The television did not work, which was a disappointment, though there really isn't a good place to watch TV.
It is very close to the Arc d'Triomphe, good restaurants and markets. We felt safe while here.
The owner was on holiday and the woman we needed to call to confirm our stay only spoke French. Luckily, our cruise director made the call for us. The woman who met us at the apartment also spoke no English, so we needed to figure things out on our own (how to run appliances). Those we spoke with were very friendly and tried hard to help through the language barrier.
We had a great stay in Paris and were out and about from morning to night, so this apartment was good for that. If you want to relax more in the apartment, this may not be the place. There is no patio or balcony and, because the apartment is on the ground floor, we didn't feel we could leave windows open for any length of time. (Windows look out on a small concrete area that is private for residents, who often walked by.)
Thanks for the accommodation!
I really enjoyed this apartment and I can say that is the best choice I could have in Paris.
Clean comfortable, fully equipped of any essential facilities for a temporary accommodation. close to Champs Elysee, fresh market, restaurants and any essential and luxury shops that one might need.
The land lord is kind, helpful and generous.
I will stay here next time and also I recommended to all my friends. It's good for couple and even a small family. The only thing that is not pleasurable and nobody can do anything about it is morning noises. If you have a jet lag use ear plugs.
Perfect place to stay!
Easy to arrive from the airport. Confortable bed, well equipped kitchen. The studio has everything I needed for my vacation. The owners are very kind. Thank you Philippe and Leo!
This apartment was perfect for us-- a recently retired couple. First floor, close to Air France shuttle, Metro, the Arc, grocery store and great restaurants. Also used washer/dryer. Interestingly, heat temperature not controllable but a portable A/C unit was, so not a problem.
Brief glitch when unable to reach owner on arrival but quickly resolved. Strongly recommend it.
We had the wonderful opportunity to stay at this property during a recent trip to Paris. The location is absolutely perfect. Only one block from the Arc and several subway connections. We were close to a nice supermarket and many other nice sites. The apartment was small, but was just right for two people. It was clean and very up-to-date. We do recommend this apartment and will certainly use it again for future visits to Paris. The owner was an extremely good communicator all during the reservation process and post reservation questions. Thanks.
The apartment was great and the location was very convenient to central Paris. The owner's son met us at the apartment and showed us in and gave us a few ideas for local bakeries/shops. There is a great market area within walking distance of the apt. The market has multiple fruit vendors, clothing vendors and restaurants.
The only down side is when we checked in the unit didn't have soap or toilet paper. Also, it was a little hot at night in the apartment because the air conditioning wasn't working very well. I'm hoping that this was an unusual occurrence because the location is perfect and the owner's son was very helpful.
