An enjoyable 2 months!

The house was extremely well managed. We had several minor issues crop up during our 2 month stay, but the management company responded quickly and resolved each issue every time. The furnishings were nice, the house was quite spacious (not crowded with furniture and "choch"), the kitchen was well-stocked, and the back yard space was open and inviting. We loved sitting outside on the patio with its comfortable furniture and table for dining outside. One small disappointment was that there was only one set of sheets and pillow cases for each bed. If you were there a week or two that would be fine, but for a 2-month stay that was a pain. At the same time, that is a minor annoyance that could be easily remedied for guests who will stay for an extended period of time. The location was excellent: easy and fast access to the 202 and several main streets, and plenty of easily accessible restaurants, gas stations, drugstores etc nearby. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful home!!!

This home is amazing! Beautiful and very spacious, it's has everything you need, back yard is beautiful with a large tree which gives a lot of shade! Kitchen has everything you could possibly need down to baking essentials, the neighborhood is very nice as well quiet and secure With neighborhood watch. The beedrooms are super specious and the tub in master beedroom is my favorite for sure, Everything was super clean at the time of my arrival I have absolutely no complains about this home! The jacuzzi is just a cherry on top! I love love love this place wish I could stay here forever!

We'll be back

The house was in a quiet neighborhood and very convenient to shopping; restaurants and freeway access. Previously, we had stayed in motels or condos, but it was so much nicer to have a house. It was well equipped for our two-month stay and we will definitely be return customers. Our only problem was a leaking roof, which resulted in a puddle and paint falling off the ceiling. I'm sure that will be taken care of promptly. Great value! Great home away!

Last Minute Cancellation

This was lots of home for just the 2 of us, but we needed a quick vacation property for the month of October due to a cancellation in our itinerary. We were not disappointed in our choice. Great location, quiet street, fully equipped lodgings and an accommodating owner and property manager.

The private back yard was totally shaded by a huge tree, which unfortunately covered the patio and spa with dead leaves and berries every day, and due to recent rain, the mosquito population made it difficult to enjoy. A gardener cleaned the yard once during our stay and any other problems such as an unserviceable A/C system was promptly addressed and fixed.

We met the owner, Paul, who checked in with us a couple of times to make sure everything was OK. We communicated with property management only through email, and again they were prompt to react to any requests we had.

I'd recommend this property to anyone wanting a base in the Greater Phoenix area for either a short or extended stay, especially large families.

The only negative I could offer was the excessive non refundable cleaning fee and mandatory insurance fee. This may be an industry standard, but we always leave our accommodations impeccably clean and for that price I would have expected the cleaning team to have found, under the dressers and in the bed skirts, the kids toys and mummified Kraft Dinner from previous guests (not a big deal...but you're paying for it).

Over all, great property to which we would gladly return.
