Our cool, modern, luxurious, spacious second floor 2-bedroom apartment has the true NYC brownstone living feeling. The Newly renovated apartment located in the beautiful Clinton Hill/Bedford Stuyvesant area features beautiful hardwood floors, exposed brick walls spacious and open feeling, completely modern and in excellent condition. Guest will have access to cable, WiFi , modern appliances, microwave and coffee maker. Walk up the block or around the neighborhood to sample some of the best dining Clinton Hill/Bedford Stuyvesant has to offer. Take a 30-minute walk to the epicenter, Downtown Brooklyn, the Barclay's Stadium, Brooklyn Heights and the Brooklyn Bridge.
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The space was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. The apartment was spacious and could easily fit 4 people comfortably. The apartment was equip with towels, washcloths, kitchen ware, dishes, and other items you'd find in a hotel. The area seemed very safe and we had no issues getting around. The host was very accommodating and helpful. Overall we had a great stay and we'll definitely be back.
We searched long and hard for a reasonably priced and easy to access apartment to accommodate 2 grandparents, 2 parents, and 2 grown children for 5 nights. Overall we were satisfied. I would definitely recommend this place to other NYC visitors who are active and mobile. The apartment is modern,well appointed, clean and comfortable. The sleeping cots in the living room were surprisingly comfortable. Elito was very friendly and helpful and quick to reply to any small issues/questions. Although the neighborhood is obviously still in transition, it felt safe. We appreciated the proximity to 2 subway lines (we were able to get to our downtown destinations within 40 minutes) and to several small grocery stores and restaurants.
This property is in a great location, with great coffee shops, restaurants and more. Eight minutes to the Franklin Ave Subway Station and shorter to the Norstrand/Bedford Station. Elito was fantastic, met us there early and set us up with all the information we needed. The apartment is very updated with everything you need. We will stay here again.
Plenty of room for 4 people and well appointed for a stay of any duration. 5-10 minutes to the subway and parking was surprisingly easier to find than we thought it would be. Nice place!
We really were happy with how clean the place was. We also appreciated the time spent with us when we checked in, sharing with us suggestions and answering all our questions. We initially hesitated booking as we were concerned about other people's reviews that the subway stations were to far away. The 5 min walk was enjoyable and allowed us to experience the neighborhood. As well, we had options of various subway lines as this home was somewhat central to different subway tracks. Great neighborhood too. Loved to coffee shop and Cuban, Indian restaurants we ate at. Would highly recommend!
Those pictures is exactly the way it is. Very nice and Elliot is a cool guy to work with. The area is very nice and very accommodating. The only draw back is parking, so my advice is don't bring a car apart from that everything is sweet. Thanks Elliot.

If full payment is made
Guests will receive:
50% refund of the total cost (minus the booking fee) if they cancel at least eight weeks before the start of the trip
25% refund of the total cost (minus the booking fee) if they cancel up to four weeks before the start of the trip
If multiple payments are made:
If the guest cancels or the balance is not paid on time, the deposit (including the booking fee) cannot be refunded.
If the remaining payment is not received at least two weeks before the trip starts, the booking will be automatically canceled.
