The nearest bus stops and the underground station, Pyramides, are 165 feet away, as is a ‘Velib’ station (A bike rental station).
On arrival: If possible please tell us when your plane or train is due to arrive in Paris.
The reception service is offered from 2pm until 8 pm.
Departure: Please vacate the apartment by midday.
Long-term bookings available on request: Rent for more than one month €1,500.
Rent for more than two months €1,350.
During this type of rental electricity is not included in the rent and due by the tenant.

This property is the type of building we like with full of interesting parts of the 17th century which is a very great period of our french history .
The building could have met Henri IV or Louis XIV so even in the walls of every flat we could almost feel the atmosphere of that time. And our building is located in the very heart of Paris surrounded by many historical monuments and places...
This apartment is perfectly situated to visit Paris in the very city center .
It is walking distance to the Louvre museum, Notre Dame, Eiffel Tower , the Tuileries Garden and so many interesting areas of Paris.

Great Location! Close to everything - Tourist attractions, metro stations, Starbucks, cafe's, patisseries, pharmacies, markets, corner stores, shopping, money exchange shops. Quiet at night and safe neighborhood. Clean, neat, lovely updated bathroom. The owner was out of town, but left us in capable hands on our stay. Beautifully rustic honeymoon spot. Taxi ride from CDG airport less than 50 euros. Will stay here on our next visit most definitely.

quiet, perfect place for sightseeing. perfect place of walking at any time of the day (night). the room was clean and equipped with all necessary items. the room was perfect for 2 people and had really nice atmosphere, so we felt the Paris much more than living in simple hotel.
The only thing to mention - for people who can't or don't like climbing we'd recommend to stay at 2nd floor, as the steps are quite difficult to climb :). but for us it was even fun to have some additional exercise:).
in total - perfect place to stay which we recommend to all. we will surely be back at 32 rue saint roch!
An incredible apartment in an excellent neighborhood with everything you need. My daughter and I stayed here for 5 days and it was fabulous – everything was just a short walk away, and the quaint, historic look and feel of this charming French Provincial studio made our first trip to Paris absolutely perfect! My husband and I stayed in this wonderful apartment during our first trip to Paris. It was a perfect location and I couldn't have been luckier with my selection of accomodations. It was walking distance to almost everything. We felt safe. It didn't matter which way we went there was always something to see and do. Anne, the owner is very friendly and accomodating. After walking 8 to 10 hours a day I felt happy coming home and those stairs kept me healthy! Everything is as seen on the web site and very clean. I would go back any time and wouldn't hesitate to stay with Anne again. We had a great time! Thank you Anne.
My boyfriend and I spent a week in Paris this past November and stayed at 2 St. Roch. Anne was very helpful and even met us earlier than Scheduled to greet us with the keys. The flat was charming, decorated beautifully with a great view of a lovely, old and well-known Parisian street. It was perfect for 2 people and the sofa bed is very comfortable. It was very clean and the bathroom has been renovated with a fabulous high pressured hot shower (needed in the cold month of November). We were walking distance to absolutely everything! One block from the Pyramides metro station, one block from the Louvre Museum, down the street from the Grand Opera House...even a day walk from the Notre Dame and Eiffel Tower! I could not be happier with our stay. We made breakfast each morning in our little kitchen and opened the beautiful windows to let the fresh winter air in. With this flat being on the corner it was well-lit with sunshine. I would definitley recommend it to a couple in need of a relaxing, romantic get-away! The photos don't do it justice...you will not be disappointed.
I can't praise Anne enough for the rental of this wonderful studio. It looked just like it does on the photos. We had everything we could need. It was quiet, the sofabed was so simple to take out and put away every night and very comfortable (just what we needed after tiring ourselves out every day in our determination to use the metro as little as possible)! The lovely bed was especially welcomed the night we decided to walk to the Eiffel Tower... it looks closer than it is, as our feet could testify. But it only takes 30 - 40 mins at a fair pace, which isn't much and is good fun, if tiring.
You could barely find accomodation with a more central location. There is a park just a step away to take a walk, a truly yummy restaurant opposite, a supermarket and tourist office close by, and a metro station nearby so you can reach anything you want without having to walk far. At night, the Louvre is just round the corner and as it is lit up, it is so lovely to walk outside before sitting and watching the Eiffel Tower light up (which we wandered out to do nearly every night). Then to top it off, there are several cafes close by where you can get a satisfying glass of wine or a coffee to sit and watch the world go by. All before returning to the comfort of the studio to relax and wind down in preparation for another busy day in Paris!
