The charm and tranquility characterize this house of the 19th century renovated in 2012.

A pool of 9 x 4 m without any opposite a magnificent panorama of the mountains of Berg tree of oak and pine.

A pool house and a large paved terrace Travertine surround the pool accompanied by a teak garden furniture (6 people) under the arbor, parasol, sun and plancha for grilling!

A cozy living room and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer ...) decorate the ground floor.

Upstairs are two double bedrooms offer great comfort with a beautiful view of the mountains.

A bathroom with tub is located on the first floor, the toilet on the ground floor.

Magnifique semaine au calme

Nous avons passé une semaine très reposante dans cette maison aussi belle et agréable à vivre à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. Merci à Cyril pour la communication sur ce qu’il y avait à savoir pour passer un séjour sans stress. Une adresse à retenir !

Schitterend uitzicht

Genoten van onze week in Frankrijk. Super mooi uitzicht. Op 4km een supermarkt. We wisten wel niet dat we voor zijn huisdier: een kat moesten zorgen. Het huis was goed ingedeeld, maar het mocht zuiverder zijn. Het zwembad, de tuin was top!

Woning gelegen op een rustig bergdorpje. Goede uitvalsbasis om het zuiden van de Ardèche te bezoeken. Vakantiewoning heeft al de nodige comfort voor een aangename en zorgeloze vakantie met of zonder kinderen.

Reposant et magnifique

Juste parfait, un environnement extérieur au top, une piscine super agréable, zéro vis à vis. Un intérieur décoré avec goût, un très très bon moment. Nous reviendrons assurément. Le propriétaire est très arrangeant et visiblement très à l'écoute.mzrci encore. Nous recommandons fortement.
