Detached villa with sea & mountain views near beach & golf. Sleeps 8 maximum.

Casa La Torreta is situated on a hillside with panoramic views to the Mediterranean sea and to the Pyrenees mountains. The house is 3km from the sandy beaches of Begur and Platja de Pals. Many small attractive coves of the Costa Brava are within 15 minutes drive.

Built by a French artist in 1995, this turreted villa has been renovated and the grounds terraced and landscaped. New shower rooms were installed in 2013. The house has air-conditioning available throughout the house.

The house has a private swimming pool, and a choice of terraces, all equipped for dining. The layout of the house, on three easily accessible levels, makes the house ideal for both larger and smaller parties.

Local shops, offering an excellent choice of produce, are situated at the bottom of the road. Golf, diving, skiing, tennis, water and adventure sports, Barcelona, Girona and France are all within easy access.

The house is equipped with wi-fi internet.

Why Helen and Andrew C chose Baix Emporda

The family wanted a house that was near the sea and the mountains, near to excellent facilities for tennis, near good golf courses and offered easy access to Barcelona. Above all, we wanted what we called a 'holiday view' - something to make us believe we were far away from the office!

What makes this villa unique

The house has wonderful views and because of the sometimes dramatic changes in weather in the area, has great skies and light. The house also looks right over a rice growing plain to the sea and the mountains, so the landscape is always changing as the rice is planted and harvested.

Damage Deposit $235.54

Rental prices charged in EUROS.

Rental period: minimum 1 week. Rental lengths: 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks (please note: lets of 10 days not possible)

 Deposit: a non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking

 Balance: the remaining balance of 75% to be paid in full no later than 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the booking.

 Late bookings: for reservations made within 8 weeks of the commencement of the letting, payment in full is required to secure the booking.

 Damage waiver: a payment of €200 will be added to the final balance and held as a damage waiver. This payment will be returned after any costs for breakages or damages have been assessed at the end of the rental period.

 Cancellations: in the event of a booking being cancelled after payment of the balance, within eight weeks of the commencement of the rental period, the client will be liable for the full rental of the property. However, in the event that it is possible to re-let the property, a refund of the balance will be made to the client.





Changeover day: SATURDAY

Returnable damage waiver deposit of Euros 200 will be added to final balance payment.

Domestic electricity and gas, wi-fi Internet and full air-conditioning included.

Bed linen and bath towels provided at start of rental
