great property and great location
A very upscale place and very well appointed---except, remember to bring your own shower soap or body wash. None was available. And you better like stairs.
Minor issues in comparison to the location and views. We stayed there for the Gorge Marathon.
We're planning on renting again next year for marathon.

Amazing townhouse and amazing views.
This townhome was one of the nicest places my family and I have ever stayed. It had everything we needed plus more. It has an amazing view of the river from the main level, patio and upper bedroom. There is ample sleeping between the 3 bedrooms and all have an on-suite bathroom (which makes life so much easier). The media room was a perfect little spot for the kids to hide out to get away from us parents. The bonus was the two twin mattresses for the kids to sleep on (that were not in the pictures online). It has a beautiful layout, plenty of space, lots of dishes and cooking utensils, wine/beer glasses…everything. The patio has morning sun and evening shade. We spent a lot of time on the patio and enjoyed every minute of it.
The location was ideal for walking to shops, food and…brew pubs. We were able to walk just about everywhere we needed in less than 10 minutes. The parking pass that was provided saved me a lot of stress of trying to find close spots. The only time parking was busy was Sunday evening when Full Sail was booming, but only for a couple of hours.
Another thing my wife and I were really impressed with was the response time from Amy. We emailed her a couple of times with questions and she responded very promptly.
I must be honest in saying…there are a lot of stairs. But that is what makes the layout so fascinating. If you can handle up and down, you will love this place.
I highly recommend this townhome. We will stay here again.
What an awesome place! It had beautiful views and it was the perfect location. The place was very spacious and our family felt very comfortable!
I want to move in
We stayed here for a weekend to watch a bike race. We arrived and decided that it would be much better to just let the bikers do their thing and it would be alright to stay behind. While they sweated it out, we walked to brunch, took in the farmer’s market and read out on the deck. Seriously, the only bad part of our stay was listening to my husband say every 10 minutes, “this House is so cool.” If we ever get the chance to come back, please save a spot for us!
Spacious and modern!
This four level townhouse is tastefully furnished with great river views. Three couples stayed here to enjoy the local wineries. We made our own meals and found the kitchen to be well supplied We would certainly stay here again!
