This is a great, basic home in a nice neighborhood that boasts an awesome location and value. Relax in the comfort of this all brick home with granite counters in the eat in kitchen, a screened porch with rocking chairs,bistro table and a fenced backyard. There is a nice breakfast area that has views to the backyard as well as the family room. Next to this is planning desk. The renovated master bath has a step in tile shower. Hall Full bath has a shower/tub combo. You are biking/jogging distance to Sullivans Island (5 minutes by car) or Old Mount Pleasant (3-5 minutes). 10 minutes drive to Isle of Palms; downtown Charleston or patriots point and 15 minutes from the airport. Truly a great spot to call home-base for your stay in Charleston/Mount Pleasant area. This home is pet friendly with a fenced yard and low worry floors that are a stained and finished slab with throw rugs. The Main family room has a large flat screen and 2 sofas- one of which is has a pull out bed. The Master and bedroom 2 also have TV's. Home has Cable and Wi-fi ( unsecured- but has a direct connect cable if security is a concern) Credit cards welcome- Use a personal check(s) to save the ten percent.

Due to its great location in Mount Pleasant; you are a short hop to Old Mount Pleasant, Sullivans Island and Isle of Palms as well as Daniel Island and easy access to Shem Creek, historic downtown Charleston and easy access from the airport and/or 17.
Multiple couches and chairs and screened porch give you lots of space to relax and discuss the days adventures or the plans for tomorrow! or kick back and throw in a movie if its raining or at night. And a completely fenced backyard for fido too.
Great location for our family while attending our sons graduation from NNPTC.
Close by we found Steel City pizza was great for take out, Also nearby a wonderful Mexican restaurant- Santis (thanks Steve). Patriots point is very close by. Loved the location and having the space to be together! Great Time!
If you like fancy, this place isn't for you. That is what we loved about it. It was just like being at home. No fancy bells or whistles; a down to earth home. Spacious, clean, and well-kept .It was also well-stocked with supplies. We found it to be the perfect solution to our travelling needs. As parents of adult kids,
crowding into hotel rooms is out. We had our room, my daughter had hers, and my son had his. This place also had a working washer/dryer unit and a full ironing board. Even better, the full sized kitchen appliances.
A couple of nights, we enjoyed local fireworks displays from the screened-in back porch. Totally awesome and convenient!
Another plus, is that this property is in close proximity to stores, restaurants, and local attractions. Just minutes away! For extended trips away, we used a local taxi service. This place is functional, practical, and spacious. I recommend it to anyone booking a vacay in the Mt. Pleasant/Charleston area.
This house was just right for us. It was convenient to Charleston and we love being in Mt. Pleasant. We were not disappointed the listing is very accurate.
We recently rented the house from Steve for a Christmas weekend vacation to go to Boone Hall, A Low Country Christmas.
The house was welcoming, we baked cookies in the kitchen with the children. The kids had a ball running around outside in the fenced yard along with the dogs. Steve allowed a larger group than normally allowed but we had plenty of room and had a great Christmas vacation. When we had a question I emailed Steve and within minutes he emailed back an answer. We will definitely rent from Steve again. Because of his hospitality and the comfort of the home we made great memories!!
My husband and I, along with our English Bulldog, enjoyed our stay. The location was quiet and convenient to grocery stores, shops and restaurants. Our dog loved running around in the private backyard. The house is stocked with everything that you need and the furnishings were quite comfortable. It was a perfect get away place. We enjoyed every minute of it.

This is our 3rd stay at one of Steve's properties. As usual, it is a comfortable, conveniently located property. In response to a previous review, this is an economy stay. If you want a 4 star place there are other places in the area from which to choose. However, Steve's properties are quite comfortable. This house is only 5 minutes to Sullivan's Island. Shopping is closely located as well. You are here to vacation and have a comfortable, temporary stay. Steve is very attentive to his guests' need and responds quickly. Definitely recommend!
My home is in a nice suburban neighborhood with lots of things to do close by. I have notebooks in my home that provide Guest-to-Guest notes about local things to do and enjoy.
