In the summer, enjoy the private HOA tennis courts and pool. Only a 10 minute walk (half mile) to Chambers Landing Beach.
You will find this home a relaxing quiet get away located just a short walk to Lake Tahoe.

Guests will receive a Rental Agreement once the booking is placed. It will need to be emailed back to Pullen Rental Group in order to receive the access information.

Talk about a great use of space, this very welcoming, well kept cabin lays out the perfect plan for 1-2 families or small group of friends. Well appointed kitchen and counter bar opens up to a cozy yet very comfortable living room where a group of 5-6 can chat fireside, watch movies, play games or just admire the wonderful mountain decor this family has set perfectly. The master bedroom on the ground floor is nice and private, while the upstairs loft bedroom is open, airy and nice views in all directions. The kids "fort" with 2 twin beds is so great, private and encourages fun. The stone work throughout is amazing. Even a full dining room nestled in it's own area. Great location off of 89, near Sunnyside, trails. Only complaint? We would have loved to stay longer. Management company very welcoming and informative.
Chambers Retreat was just right for our family of four. The cabin has a single private bedroom and the other 4 beds are open in the loft above the main great room/kitchen. As a result, people in the main room will disturb the sleepers in the loft after the lights go out or while in the kitchen in the morning. As a result, it's optimal for parents and their children and perhaps a couple of their friends/cousins. Four our family of four is was great! But not recommended for multiple sets of adults.
The cabin is 5 mins away from the south lot of Homewood. It's a very quiet neighborhood of mostly rental cabins. It's 15 mins or so up to the quaint Tahoe City which has everything from groceries, cafes, restaurants, equipment rentals, and shopping. The location was excellent for our novice skiers.
Baths, kitchen and beds were all well appointed. Lots of board and card games were available. Fireplace was large and made the main room quite cozy. We liked the 6 person dining table and room that had a easy door to the back deck with a grill. Internet was speedy. 4 large wide screen TV's for those so inclined. Home is dog friendly with small doggie door and dog run to the side of the house.
Overall, recommended cabin if your family size is right or can handle limited privacy.
From HWY 80 Exit #185-Drive south on HWY 89 to Tahoe City. When you reach Tahoe City bear RIGHT at the "Y" going south on CA-89. Travel 7.4 mi, traveling along the lake past Homewood Ski Resort. Turn RIGHT onto LODGE DR. Turn RIGHT onto FLICKER AVE. 0.1. 6280 FLICKER AVE is on the RIGHT. Driveway is tricky 4 WHEEL DRIVE or chains needed in winter! Lock Box is on post between entry door and garage facing the back deck.
