About Cherry Griffiths

We went on a mountain bike trip to Moab 3 weeks after we first started dating. Little did we know we would be married and owning a condo in Moab later in life. What a fun adventure. We enjoy all that Moab has to offer -- mountain biking, off-road motorcycle / ATV riding, hiking, and recently Jeeping. No matter how many times you explore Moab, there are always new adventures to be found. We hope you enjoy our home away from home as much as we do.

This is a great Rim Village unit. The condo is clean, well stocked and well maintained. The two king beds are a definite plus, as is the private hot tub. The property manager was great to work with and very accommodating. She called us a few days before our scheduled trip to warn us about the ongoing Stucco work in Rim Village. She reassured us that they would only be working during the day and wouldn’t start too early. We spent the days exploring the back country around Moab so had very little interaction with the contractors doing the work. The few times we even saw them they were extremely friendly. We never saw them working very early or very late. All in all this was welcome news because all of Rim Village has needed some serious stucco repair for years. The numbers on the units have been painted white and are much easier to see, especially in the dark. Over all this work has made Rim Village an even better place to stay!



The property manager also contacted us during our trip to make sure there were no problems. Definitely a great condo. We will stay in this unit again and give it 5 stars!”

Great Rim Village Unit

This is a great Rim Village unit. The condo is clean, well stocked and well maintained. The two king beds are a definite plus, as is the private hot tub. The property manager was great to work with and very accommodating. Thanks!

great location in Moab

This unit was the best of the three we stayed at over the course of our vacation. Moab is such a neat place with so much to see and do. We are already pondering when we could go back and spend even more time in the area. The condo was located on the south end of town out of the hustle of the touristy area. Thanks to monsoons during our stay we had ample rain but only for short periods of time. Helped to cool things down a bit. All the more reason to get back into the Jacuzzi! The place was well stocked and had everything we needed. Other guests, like us, leave some condiments(coffee, filters, sugar, etc.) behind so take inventory before heading to the local grocery store. Cherry was easy to get in touch with and very helpful when I did contact her for this and that. Would highly recommend this unit.

Beautiful view!

They property had everything we needed and was as described. We enjoyed having a cool place to land after a long hot day of riding. We were pleased to have an ice maker in the freezer and basic spices since we forgot to bring our own. We also appreciated the extra pool towels as some of the family forgot to bring their own beach towels. The only problem we had was with the roll out bed for our 7th person. We had our son in law use it because he was the smallest, youngest, and healthiest of us all but even he could not take how terribly uncomfortable it was. He tried just putting the mattress on the floor but the mattress itself was the biggest problem. He ended up sleeping each night just on the couch.

2nd Visit

This was our second visit to the property. Really enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and ready for our arrival. Property details were laid out in clear manner. Renting a condo is a much better value than staying at a hotel. A group of us come to Moab once a year to go four wheeling but if that is not your cup of tea, there are many other outdoor activities.

Home away from home

We love staying at this property. The beds are so comfortable, the kitchen has everything we need to cook and clean up after a long day of being out playing in the dirt and rocks. And the bonus of being able to wash your clothes. It is so much better than staying in a motel and so close to the same price as a motel suite. It's clean, comfy, quite, and we love it. We have stayed here twice now and definitely recommend this unit.
