Beautiful and well taken care of home!!

  • 5 of 5

This house is fantastic. The online pictures don't give it justice. Everything we needed was there. The linens, towels, pots and pans were all high quality. Sitting on either deck gives you a beautiful view of the mountains. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, and everything was so clean. I could go on and on. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing getaway!!!

  • 5 of 5

First off let me just say the pictures do not do this place justice! The house was beautiful and Mr. Coggins was very helpful with all the questions I had and was very prompt in his response. I loved that the house was close enough to town but far enough so we would not be bothered. Also the gift basket that was there for our arrival was a pleasant treat. Pagosa Springs was such a beautiful town with plenty to do I would definitely make another trip here. Thank you for a great stay!

Nice comfortable place

  • 4 of 5

We enjoyed our stay here and saw some nice sunsets on Pagosa Peak. The place is very well set-up and equipped, and the (new) owners seem very reasonable. The downstairs is a standalone apt. with no internal access, but with covered stairway to upstairs, which worked out just fine for summer and would probably be fine for winter as well.

Perfect for equestrian vacation

  • 5 of 5

We had 8 people and 6 horses for a 2 week stay. The accommodation were perfect the downstairs apt was great for the kids and the fenced in property worked out very nicely for the horses. View and location is hard to beat n Pogosa Springs. It was also nice to have walking access to the trails. I highly recommend this property

Beautiful views, comfortable beds, plenty of room to be together or spread out. We loved it!

  • 5 of 5

The property is spacious and situated in an area that feels secluded although Pagosa Blvd is right in front. The entire Southwest of the US had a heatwave the week we were there, so no AC in the house was a bit uncomfortable. But I am told that the high temps were highly unusual for the area. The nights were quiet, the mornings on the deck reading were wonderful. The towels feel brand new! Kitchen stocked! There is even a crock pot! Most impressive was the customer service we received from the new owner. Any questions or concerns were handled promptly. This owner takes care of you! We had exactly the support you would want when you are far from home. One heads up: the apartment downstairs is wonderful, but there is no acess to it from inside the house. You have to go outside and through a separate door. Perfect for another couple traveling with you or older kids. All in all, this is one of the nicest homes we have stayed in during our many Colorado vacations.

Owner's Response: Thanks for the very nice words about Green Briar Ranch! Our warmest month (July) has an average high temperature of 83F (28C). Fortunately, the temperature drops rapidly at night and the average July low is 45F (7C). When we do have unseasonably warm days, we appreciate the ceiling fans in the bedrooms!

This house is just perfect. Brought the in laws and we all had privacy and space. Lovely location with enough land for the kids to go wild.
