This house is just perfect. Brought the in laws and we all had privacy and space. Lovely location with enough land for the kids to go wild.
The home was loaded with all the extras! Hot tub,spa tub, video game systems.... you name it! Great location with plenty of acreage for everyone to get outside and have some fun in the snow. Had snow plow service daily which was a tremendous help. We had a couple of questions while there and got immediate feedback from either Steve or Doug. A great venue for both winter or summer family or business retreats. Both kitchens (yes there were two!) were well stocked and ready to go. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out since there were two connected living quarters. Family gatherings to watch the game on the 55" flat screen or a rousing game of poker in the central family room were perfect.
We will look forward to our next trip to Pagosa Springs and would definitely stay here again. Thanks again Steve for your outstanding hospitality.
This experience was amazing! The property was perfect for my family! We look forward to staying here again, very soon!
It was a lovely home with beautiful scenery. Would do it again in a heart beat.
The reason we found Apple Mountain Ranch, it was listed in the VBRO “pet friendly” list, and our small dog loved it. The cabin was set back far enough from the road that we could let him off his leach around the cabin. The general layout of the home was nice with the big windows looking out at the mountains, and the master bedroom on the third floor, so we had more privacy. The private apartment on the ground level was just perfect for our friend who was 90 years old and preferred not to do stairs. The gift basket was a wonderful surprise and we used it all. Our group loved the indoor fireplace with a white bear skin rug in front of it, the outdoor fire pit, spectacular views from the porch, fully stocked kitchen with dishes, cooking utensils, and spices and including the honor bar. The hot tub was very inviting, but we didn’t have time to enjoy it. Thanks for the good directions, it would be hard to find in the dark. Thanks to Steve Williams and family for sharing your home with us, I would recommend your cabin to everyone and would stay there again if we ever go back to Pagosa Springs.
Quiet, just enough remoteness. House was fantastic. Great amenities. Friendly and accommodating manager. Great views. Thanks for arranging a little snow for us AZ folks. That was magical from the hot tub!
